|The first digit of the 4 digit house number they claim got lopped off so the delivery man wasn't able to deliver the flowers on Friday May 25th. They called and said it would be delivered Saturday May 26th. So we're waiting...

|They noticed that the lilies in the Bouquet I sent my wife weren't holding up the way they liked. (They had some leftovers in their shop)
They took it upon themselves to send over a different bouquet until they could receive a shipment of new lilies to remake her originally ordered bouquet. The new bouquet was of the highest quality and lasted a very long time!!!!
