How will I receive a new bouquet?

Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

How often will I be billed?

You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.

How do I make changes to my subscription plan?

You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.

Can I pause my subscription plan?

Yes, you can! contact us at (206) 588-2979, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.

How do I cancel my subscription plan?

We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (206) 588-2979 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

I was so impressed with the service and with the bouquet that I have to post this review. I ordered flowers late in the afternoon on a Friday for a friend who had just gotten out of the hospital. While I hoped it could be delivered that day I really did not expect it and let them know it could be the next day. Not long after that I heard from my friend that a gorgeous bouquet had been delivered. Wow. That went beyond good service. It was excellent service. She sent me a picture of the bouquet and it was fabulous. I will definitely use this shop again!

I was disappointed at the flowers! They looked nothing like what I ordered! In the picture the flowers are bright pink, and small to match the size of the bouquet. What was sent was peach large flowers and very few of them. The greenery shown was small and also fit the size of the bouquet. What was sent was large greenery that hung down so low! Clearly out of scale! So disappointing to spend $83 for an arrangement and not get what was purchased!

I know my order was last minute, so part of the blame is mine. But I cannot review the pictured flowers, because that is not what was delivered.

Instead, a delivery of yellow roses was delivered. The recipient really loved the roses and called them the prettiest roses she had ever received. But sunflowers are her favorite and that is why I ordered sunflowers.

If I had been contacted and told of the substitution, I would feel very different. But the only way I knew was the photo sent by the recipient.

Altogether, not cool.
