Special and Custom Orders In store or on the phone Policy: If you request a special order or custom design at the store we require a 50% deposit and you will sign a contract. Once the design is made and ready for pick up you will pay the rest of the balance. Due to the time spent on designing your custom design the deposit amount is non refundable for any reason you decide to change your mind.

OLSBoutique is not responsible for any order where the recipient refuses to accept the item.OLSBoutique will not issue refunds to any customer where the recipient, for whatever reason, will not accept the item or refuses delivery.
Request to Leave Item at Door: The customer assumes all liability for requests to leave arrangements. We highly discourage special instructions requesting delivery to a doorstep, porch, yard or any location where the recipient cannot accept the arrangement themselves OLSBoutique cannot be held responsible for missing or faulty product due to this special request.
We will waive the second re-delivery attempt, the third or every re-delivery attempts thereafter to address will be subject to charge according to the address of delivery.
Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
