With that, I’m in another state and I called several times to ask the status and no answer, went online and the receipt says I will get an email once it’s been delivered… no email, I ruined the surprise by calling and asking my friend and she ended up receiving the flowers so… okay

I was somewhat disappointed on what my neice recieved. I ordered this arrangement specifically for the whimsical branches and the arrangement that she received had none. I purchased the premium arrangement to ensure those were present. The arrangement was smaller than what I would expect from a premium arrangement. The flowers were fresh. I'm incredibly disappointed what this floral arrangement ended up looking like. We paid for the "deluxe" and what showed up looked like a $15 bouquet from a grocery store. There were 3 total roses, 4 stems of purple florals, and the rest were just cheap filler flowers. It is shocking that you would send this out of your store, to a funeral no less, looking the way it did. It was truly embarrassing, compared to the other stunning arrangements that came from other local florists and were likely the same price point. If you cannot fulfill the order as pictured, call the customer and offer an alternate option, but it was truly embarrassing to have our name attached to this arrangement.

When I wanted something special for 10th anniversary; the entire office was WOW'd at the gorgeous 2 doz rose arrangement delivered. The aroma could be detected 30 feet away from her office, and the unique color combination used was dazzling.

I would absolutely recommend One of a Kind flowers. Our order was for a funeral, and we were told at the last minute (literally as we were arriving), that the location changed. One of a Kind quickly changed the delivery address and were able to get our flowers to the new locations with no issues.

The flowers are already dying and it’s been a day after. I got white roses and pink roses and the pink are wilted and the white roses have brown on the ends of the petals. I bought $13 12-dozen roses from Safeway with better quality. Very disappointed.

This time I’m very disappointed on my One of a Kind purchase.
I ordered my flowers four days earlier in order to prevent any issues, even paid for extra service. The flowers were delivered until 5pm when the should it be delivered earlier. I specifically ask on the notes as instructed for RED and WHITE flowers and they delivered PURPLE AMD WHITE. I purchased the premium package which included extra trimmings or a better arrangement and I got the base regular package.
This delivery was for an Anniversary Celebration and turned out to be a disaster.
It will be very difficult to rely on you guys for a future order.
The wonderful job you did on my first order was all the opposite on the last one.

Oh my word!! I can smell these flowers through the pictures. The most gorgeous arrangement, same day delivery, very kind and friendly service. I wish they were here in Maryland. The colors of the flowers and types of flower differed from what I ordered. The large pink lily in the promotion was what got me excited and while I am not asking for anything, these took on a very different look from a color perspective than I ordered. This is not the first time I have ordered from Bloom Nation and probably thought it would match more closely the color theme in the original picture on the site.

This is the second time I've used them in 10 days. I had flowers sent last week to a woman in an office with other women. She told me the three other women kind of felt bad because "they" didn't get flowers. Sooo... I asked florist to make 3 small arrangements for them and a big one for the woman I originally sent flowers to. The florist did an incredible job (just look at the picture).
This is the second time I've used them in 10 days. I had flowers sent last week to a woman in an office with other women. She told me the three other women kind of felt bad because "they" didn't get flowers. Sooo... I asked florist to make 3 small arrangements for them and a big one for the woman I originally sent flowers to. The florist did an incredible job (just look at the picture).

I have used One of A Kind Florist four times and Daniella always creates a great floral arrangement. She listens to me and then suggests something particular to what I said. For example, I told her “the flowers were going to my cousin because I am in NC and all I can do is send flowers and pray.” So she includes a beautiful balloon that says “praying for you.” It was a small thing for her but a big thing for me and for my ill cousin. Needs customer service improvement. I was a new customer and from out of state, decided to go with One of a Kind based on the online reviews. I originally called them and left a VM, no call back. I called them the next day, left a 2nd VM, no call back. I still haven't received a call back and it's been 3 days. I even emailed my questions and requests, since this is a "color of your choice" arrangement, no email back. I wanted to make sure my color request and preferences were understood, as this was for daughter's birthday. Ended up ordering online since no one called me back. The arrangement was delivered as requested and it was very cute but it didn't have the bright colors I had requested. An acknowledgement would have been nice.

They did not pay attention to the purchase order and made and delivered the basic option. They are supposed to be delivering a second flower arrangement today to make up for it. I bought a bundle of 25 red and 25 white roses for my dads funeral who was the first big loss in my family. There was a lot of struggle in connecting with the right person to get the flowers delivered and OoaK was with me the entire way. I got 4 or 5 phone calls to get clarification after travel and the security process made things difficult. The ladies in the office were very happy with the flowers they received as well.

Ultimately it made the one they were intended for happy. The execution wasn't up to par according to my request. First, I requested the flowers to be delivered prior to 2:30pm they were delivered around 3pm, not a huge difference but if the person getting them leaves work at 3. She got them on her desk the next day along with a text spoiling the suprise. She loved them and showed them to me and they weren't quite the same as what I thought I was getting. So overall great flowers maybe I will give this company another shot, maybe.

I ordered the passionate purple tulips, whose color from the pic they sent me was more fuscia than purple. The only purple was the ribbon which looked completely out of place. I paid for the deluxe as opposed to standard thinking they might add other flowers, different than tulips that would help set the tulips as the “stars” of this bouquet. I was disappointed. Tulip colors weren’t what I expected. Fuscia is more deep pink than purple. I spent over $100 for flowers that didnt impress me.

The flowers arrived beautiful,however the customer service can be worked on. I live on the East Coast and I called at the end of my day to check on the status of the order. The woman who answered the phone was very unpleasant and rushed. She stated that they were out for delivery and that I would get an email. I was fine with the comments, I just think she could have been nicer in her tone and not rushed to get off the phone when I was asking a simple question.

I was disappointed with OfKAZ this time around. The flowers died the second day they were delivered and were not as beautiful as they should of been to start with. I go back to OfKAZ because of they're quality and unique touch but this time they dropped the ball on me big time!

The succulent arrangement was supposed to be delivered Friday May 11th, so that it would arrive well before Mother’s Day. It didn’t arrive. Not on Saturday or Sunday either. It is very disappointing to have my Mom’s gift not arrive, as I had hyped it to her and was very excited about it. I got an email saying it would be delivered Monday May 14th. It didn’t arrive. Now it’s May 16th and still no succulent arrangement. I have tried calling One of a Kind multiple times and there is no answer and no voice mail set up. I would like to speak with someone to try to solve this issue.

Such a great experience! I wanted to send flowers to my niece who had just had her first baby and because I live in a different state I did a quick search online. One of a Kind came up quick with great reviews. I’ve had bad experiences ordering flowers online in the past (slow, expensive, never looks high quality) but this was so impressive! It was an easy ordering process and they were assembled and delivered within HOURS!! Although the arrangement was different colors and some flowers were not used, ie the orchids, the florist made a beautiful full arrangement of roses and altormeria larger in size to fill the value. To be honest, I was a little disappointed when I saw the Bloomsnap of the bouquet you sent to Erin, my daughter, just out of the hospital. The Bloomsnap does not look like the photo to the right which is what I ordered. Frankly, the Bloomsnap one looks hurriedly put together and not as nice as the ordered photo. The picture looked good--hopefully flowers were less crowded than the picture showed. And it was sent on date requested. However, I both called (and talked to someone) and sent an email (which was acknowledged) asking that another name be added to my card. (The name of the widow, Donna). From what I saw when florist sent notice of delivery, that name was not added. So that was a bit disappointing. Thanks.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
