You did not mention anywhere that you wanted white daisy's nor did you describe or send us a model of what she would like the recipient to receive, you chose the designers choice option which gives the designer freedom to do something special with your flowers and suggested color, some more high-end flowers were added to adapt it to her budget.

Good morning Kelly, we are very sorry that the experience with us was not as expected and you were frustrated about it. As for your special instruction not to include lilys, this was attended to and were not included, the arrangement had mini roses, Lisianthus, Alstroemeria, Matsumoto, veronicas and greens. The flower that looks like a lily is actually a similar look called the Alstroemeria.
Please understand that flowers are seasonal and as it is written in the description below the flowers they may vary at different times of year however, we do everything possible to match the current seasons flowers to match the photo on the website.
About the delivery I can tell you that our studio is in Mesa and the distance traveled to Phoenix is 31 miles, we know that it is a higher than average delivery fee due to the distance and we can offer you a 50% refund of the delivery cost which you will receive in 1 - 2 days.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
