Our work is distinctive, whether traditional or contemporary and caters specifically for the recipient. We carry an incredible selection of tropical flowers, as well as locally grown seasonal stems. Choose from a selection of design styles; Asian inspired "Ikebana" type of arrangements, with strong lines and bold exotic flowers. English garden style bouquets, a more romantic feel in clear glass or a handsome basket. Equadorian roses of many colors are always available, designed in clear glass in a simple and elegant manor.

The flowers are lovely but they were delivered at 8pm at night. I’m confused by this because I was told around 2 or 3pm that they were out for delivery and I booked and paid for them over 48 hours before in order to make sure that they were delivered during the day on may 28; so yes it is highly disappointing, especially because it was fairly expensive to order those flowers

I ordered flowers for a friend, but mistakenly gave an old address with the order. When I found out my friend did not receive the flowers and I had given an incorrect address, even though Old Town Florist had sent me a note they had been delivered, I immediately emailed Old Town Florist. Jeff wrote back within five minutes and I am simply amazed and absolutely delighted at the superior customer service I was provided from that moment forward. Apparently Jeff returned to the initial address to find the flowers still sitting outside the door where they were delivered. He texted me a photo and told me his wife had refreshed the arrangement and he would deliver to the correct address, which he did. My friend loves the flowers! To be clear, this was completely MY FAULT. I offered to pay for the flower refresh and the extra delivery, but Jeff said not necessary and then ignored me when I tried to insist

The end result is that I paid over one hundred dollars for a bouquet, and per feedback I received, most of the flower died on the second day. She shared with me that that when pulled out, the flowers smelled rotten, and there was NO treatment package included.
There were option to upgrade, first for more flowers, and then, on top of the upgraded, another one for "better quality flowers". I did not want more flowers, because it was already overcrowded, so instead, I added tip to the maximum, hoping that they put some effort into it. Clearly, they did not.
In any case, what kind of standard it is for flowers to die on the second day? Must be of very low quality in the first place. Disappointing.

When looking for something "a little different", this was great! And the "bowl" was very unique. The plants will last MUCH longer than flowers, and this time of year, flower choices are limited. Some of these plants WILL bloom in the right conditions, and if/when they fail, the hardscape theme will allow for recipients own creativity to kick in. Little did we know that my husband had to be hospitalized for pneumonia, and I received a voice message saying that the floral company was going to make a delivery the day before my husband was discharged. Oh my gosh! I definitely picked the right place to help me with my sister’s surprise engagement night. The bouquet was even more beautiful than I expected and was the perfect addition to their dinner table. On top of the gorgeous bouquet, the customer service was A+! The problem was the delivery: The recipient lived in an apartment building, and the delivery person left the items with the building office person, who failed to let the recipient/tenant know about the delivery. So a day later, I have to try to track down the items. This included contacting the recipient and ruining the surprise. Suggestion: On the order I had listed the recipient’s phone number. Couldn’t that have been passed on to the delivery person so they could have called or texted the recipient letting them know where the items had been left?

They never disappoint! You get exactly what you see in the photo and if you don’t like it, they will fix it for you. (within reason!) - Many times when you order flowers online, it doesn’t look anything like the photo online. With OTF you get what you see in the photo. I thought the arrangement is just beautiful and it should last quite a while with the tropical flowers especially. I don't know if you remember but many years ago you did a miniature Christmas tree about 3 ft. tall or so for a tabletop as my mother-in-law was in a nursing home. It had ornaments and such.
