|Additionally, the address and phone number on the NovaPetal Scottsdale website seem to be incorrect. It’s possible that the location moved or closed, but this wasn’t communicated, and I ended up having to drive 30 minutes farther than expected. When I tried calling, the line was continuously busy, and I was left wondering if my order even went through. They eventually responded via text, saying they had replied to my email earlier (I checked, but I never received it in my inbox, spam, or junk). I also didn’t receive any notification when the arrangement was ready for pickup, just the confirmation number and an automated email with no further updates.
When I finally picked up the flowers, the employee was kind and helpful, and although the arrangement wasn’t exactly what I’d requested, it was lovely. Despite my frustrations with communication, I’d be willing to give them another chance and hope for a smoother experience next time. However, I’d recommend they update or remove the Scottsdale website to avoid confusion with the location and contact information.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
