The flowers just didn't look as nice as I thought they would to be honest - I selected the upgraded package, paid over $200 total and left a nice tip and a note it was for my girlfriend's birthday, and I didn't think that add-ons looked good at all in a way that any reasonable florist should have been able to see "hey, this isn't amazing".
Beautiful arrangements. Competitive pricing. I love that there are plant and flower options. Easy ordering. The personalized note was handwritten on a notecard to the recipient and that was a lovely touch. Not Just Flowers is a wonderful local flower shop. You won’t be disappointed.

Not Just Flowers and Andrei made this e-purchase one of the most human transactions we've had. Not only is their selection impressive, but the process to order was flawless. However, the personal attention to detail in a matter of a hours was impressive all the way to the handwritten note. Andrei gave that personal touch hand delivering the present to my special person and like if that was not enough, Andrei actually took the extra time to call me (!) and describe the moment of surprise. This was a last minute bouquet delivery request for a friend’s wine bar grand opening, Roaming Goat, in the Marina District and Not Just Flowers was able to accommodate my custom bouquet request. In my request, I left the note of blue flowers, walnut wood, and gold metals to match the interior of the wine bar and Not Just Flowers executed perfectly! My friend sent me a photo of the flowers upon arrival and I was blown away by how great the bouquet ended up looking. Definitely will use their service again in the future!
Would be better if the bouquet has lilacs (or narcissus) and those spikey yellow orange flowers.

Flowers were exactly as advertised. I was able to get them for busy Mother's Day with just 36 hours notice. And though my Mother wasn't home, the driver texted me and let me know where they had been left per our agreement.
Flowers that arrived were fresh and pretty, but the picture shows four orchids that are very much the center of the display, while the actual arrangement was mostly tulips and I think had two orchids.
