Pamela Swanson, the owner of North Suburban Flower Company, has twenty-three years of floral experience. She has a passion for flowers and loves to work with brides to make their special day a special event. Ms. Swanson goes out of her to produce good value by always thinking economically to save customers money. Ms. Swanson studied design at Academy of Design at Merchandise Mart in Chicago, Illinois. In 1990, she established North Suburban Flower Company in Morton Grove, Illinois. North Suburban Flower Company is now located in Niles, Illinois.

|I placed my phone number on the order because the submission form did not specify that it was asking for the recipients phone number. I also was trying to keep the flowers a surprise for my friend, so I wouldn't have wanted to put their number down anyways. The delivery driver was confused on the location of the delivery and was quite rude when calling me about the delivery location stating that putting my number on the order 'wasn't logical'.

After that, she texted again to say they had "Blessed Godmother" ribbons, would I like to include one (at no charge) on the arrangement. Everything Pamela did was above and beyond and truly appreciated. I will recommend this florist to anyone in the Des Plaines, IL area for all their floral needs.

2. I called and talked to one of female customer service agents. But she was very rude and unprofessional. She said she will re-deliver, but I told her not to bother the receipient by trying to deliver again. She ignored my phone calls and instructions and re-delivered.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
