The bouquet of flowers delivered to our friend was lackluster at best and looked more like a wedding/funeral bouquet than a colorful boquet for a male friend. Plus, when I emailed about my disappointment, there was no reply. On the upside, they delivered on time.

My flowers looked nothing like this. The roses were fully opened and lavender with only big eucalyptus, no little purple sprigs, and a cheap ugly vase. It cost $99 and I was embarrassed at my good friend's husband's funeral when I saw them. I won't use North Country again.

We placed multiple pieces of baby spiral eucalyptus throughout the arrangement. We created the arrangement in a beautiful glass vase made in the USA, that vase was not cheap or ugly. Our team takes great pride in our floral arrangements, what we created was beautiful.

Delivered to the wrong house called the store they got back to me the next morning and told me that I had given them the address they were delivered to. The address is not even close to mine so needless to say I am disappointed

To be honest, the picture of what I ordered and what was delivered to my friend were vastly different and I was horribly disappointed. I completely understand that your website says that some substitutions may be used but I ordered an arrangement overflowing with many different flowers and she received an arrangement of a few flowers, with a bunch of weird greenery. Even the container that was pictured was a completely different color than what was sent. It was really not a great first experience using your company because I absolutely do not feel like a 65.00 arrangement, not including taxes and delivery, was what was delivered to my friend!!

Breath of Fresh Air arrangement is created inside the wooden container with one white hydrangea, two white roses, three irises, one blue thistle, one white carnation, greens and bupleurum. The only two variations we made were white lisianthus in place of the white carnation and using bonsai-gunni eucalyptus in place of the bupleurum. The container is not a different color than what was sent, it is the same container that we create this beautiful arrangement in each time we create this piece. It was created to its value plus some due to lisianthus costing more than a white carnation.

Although your communication was prompt and your delivery time was perfect I feel getting a snapshot of my arrangement sent to me should be part of the purchase. I didn't attend the service so I have no idea if the custom arrangement I asked for was met. I reqiested a fishing pole, or a fish, or a canoe paddle..or something regarding the outdoors and I have no idea if that request was met. Ordered online, but I had made a comment about a desire for peach colored roses. They called me right away to let me know that peach wasn't available and to ask if I still wanted that arrangement. That was pretty wonderful, and why I always try to go directly to the local florists rather than through the mega chains. BTW my mom loved the soft pink roses as much as her favorite peach.

Everything was beautiful with the exception of the "sprayed pink" roses. Know you probably didn't have the ones like in the photo but these were hot pink . Cheapened the bouquet. We all know these are unprecedented times. My dearest 88 year old mom moved from living in her house of 55 years in Roseville, MN to moving to an Assisted Living facility in Baxter in mid March.
