Not only was the "Delux" arrangement I paid over $90.00 for disappointing, but they put tin foil inside the vase so the stems couldn't be seen...Tin foil...thats what you could see through the vase...tin foil. I also bought 6 roses and 3 cushion mums and it was over $53.00...for 12 stems wrapped not arranged. I hope my order from Noble Flowers wasn't a typical representation of the work they do.

The style of the arrangement calls for premium flowers in a low, compact display. After moving away from my hometown 30 years ago I found I needed a florist often. It is nice to know this family run business and to see the quality work and creative heart that goes out with each delivery. It is also incredibly easy to shop online with confidence. Most of the time I’m ordering after store hours but it can be midnight in California and the order will be able to go out later the same day. Flowers say you took the time to acknowledge an event that you could not be at in person. Nobles will hand deliver that message with a beautiful creation from their hearts.

As always, Noble Flower Shop delivered a beautiful arrangement that exceeds expectations. I order them from time to time from out of state for my daughter who is attending college there. The flowers are always fresh, beautiful, and last a long time. I especially love the fact that they hand write the note cards and often add in little surprise touches - like this time there was a cute little bird in the arrangement. Even when they have to substitute flowers, I am never disappointed. One of the best florists I've ever used anywhere. Thank you for sending my daughter a touch of home!

I have used the Noble Flower Shop a couple of times now for my daughter, who is a student at the university. We live 7 hours away and the first time I selected them simply based on a web search, location, and prices. I keep using Noble because the flowers delivered have always been fresh, beautiful, lasted a long time, and were delivered quickly. This time they even called because they wanted to be sure I was OK with a minor substitution, even though the website states there may be substitutions. They didn't have to call, but that's the type of customer service they give. I have complete faith in them even though I'm 2 states away. I will continue to use Noble while she's at EIU - they are so much better than a generic online flower service! Plus I love the hand written note cards - it is a more personal touch than typed/computer printed. Thank you so much!

As we are sure you are aware, it was a very hectic time, especially with dealing with the current COVID-19 situation. However, because you did not give us her working hours in the "Special Instruction" section of your order, we assumed she worked until 4:00 p.m. The flowers were actually being delivered to her work when she stopped in the shop and asked if she could pick them up...we called the delivery driver and had him return to the shop to give them to her. We apologize for assuming she had normal working hours.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
