Being an ex-florist I am always so scared to order flowers because so many times they look nothing like the photo shown. But! The flowers were delivered, and they were stunning! My only request is that I would prefer strong bold colors versus using soft pastels and they did just that! The recipient love them and did too.

I’d love to leave a higher review but the flowers were not delivered to the correct address. After checking to make sure it was not an error on my end, as I could have done, the address was correct! I had also left the recipients phone number and they had never gotten a call or anything. I am unfortunately out of state at the moment so I couldn’t deliver them myself so I was relying on efficient and accurate delivery. I would assume this is a beautiful arrangement but myself and my friend cannot tell of this is true. These flowers were sympathy flowers for her mother’s passing but I guess someone else got her flowers. I had gotten notification that the flowers were delivered to the correct address but they were nowhere to be found on property. Please next time call the recipient or the customer buying because I feel like I just wasted my money on something the recipient will never see.

We found this wonderful florist from Google. We ordered an arrangement to be delivered the next day. In the morning of, I got phone call right after they opened saying some of the flowers are not available. I gave him free reign to do substitutions as long as the color theme is similar to the one we ordered. The result is beyond amazing. The recipient loves it very much. Thank you!

They have a great variety and a broad choice of pricing which made it easy to find something that was within my budget.

While the flowers were lovely, there were a few things that could have been improved. 1) I believe someone forgot, or missed, that our order was in given my phone conversation with your company at 1:30 ish when the flowers weren't here yet 2) the arrangement wasn't well balanced. There were blank spots that the flowers weren't in. Even the delivery driver was trying to adjust the flowers into the blank spots 3) The flower buds were falling off. They were either old or got knocked around before they arrived.

1) They added a little card with a Christian message about God which I didn’t appreciate because I am not religious and neither was the recipient.
2) I purchased a greeting card on the website to go with the order, and sent the florist a message asking if I would be able to choose the greeting card design to make sure it was a birthday card for an older female, and asked someone to contact me but no one did and they just chose for me.

The friend I sent this to loved it and I asked her to take a picture. My friends flowers did not look nearly as full or as lovely as the lovely bouquet. The succulents added are old and nothing like what's in the picture. I could have told you I had much better succulents at home and the florist could take them from my home instead of the old and frail ones that were sent. Also, the flowers included in my friends bouquet were insufficient to make as full and lovely as the picture provided on the website and here writing a review of what I thought I ordered. Very disappointed!

I had called and spoke with a gentleman who confirmed they could deliver my daughter’s birthday order the same day in the afternoon. My daughter confirmed she had not received my flowers at 5 pm. When I called the flower shop the gentleman who answered said they would be delivered at 630pm. This is evening not afternoon.
Make sure you stipulate an exact time for delivery if you want it by a certain time.
The flowers did arrive 30 mins (530pm) later and were beautiful.

Flowers were fresh and the arraignment was beautiful. It was also delivered on the day it was supposed to be delivered. The ONLY reason I didn't give this review a perfect 5 stars is that there is no tracking mechanism to know when the flowers are being delivered, just a notification after delivery is complete, but that is just a minor nitpick I suppose, so I'll give a 4 3/4 star review!

I was disappointed when my friend sent me a photo of the tulips which were white. For this happy occasion of an anniversary, I wanted flowers that were colorful and cheerful.
I wish the florist had contacted me, so I could have chosen other flowers that were bright and colorful.

Peace be upon you Susan, Your claim is not true. The Tulips were ORANGE, PINK, YELLOW and GREEN but in lighter tunes. The yellow and pink were double Tulips (the inside is fuller than regular tulips) and the green and orange were striped Tulips both IMPORTED twice the price of the local tulips that you have seen in the original picture. The only color is not in the arrangement is purple which was substituted with green. The fancy, expensive, imported tulips I sent is not available in purple and in our website we have a notification that says minor changes might happen within your design. However if you would let me know sooner I had no problem to replace the tulips with local regular, as my cost was twice the price. Kind regards, Niloofar Parvas, CFD, CCF

Peace be upon you Susan, Your claim is not true. The Tulips were ORANGE, PINK, YELLOW and GREEN but in lighter tunes. The yellow and pink were double Tulips (the inside is fuller than regular tulips) and the green and orange were striped Tulips both IMPORTED twice the price of the local tulips that you have seen in the original picture. The only color is not in the arrangement is purple which was substituted with green. The fancy, expensive, imported tulips I sent is not available in purple and in our website we have a notification that says minor changes might happen within your design. Lots of hidden fees that nearly doubled the price. Flowers arrived around 5:30pm so if you are trying to send these during business hours know they likely won't make it in time. Flowers themselves look good.

I had to call the florist at 4pm because my arrangement hadn’t been delivered. They seemed a bit confused as if they forgot my order. They advised me that the order would arrive at 530pm which it did. I was hoping that the arrangement would arrive early in the day so that my sister in law would enjoy them on her birthday. Either way she loved them and sent me a picture of the arrangement and they were exactly as shown on the website.

I was thrilled that someone offered a custom option for flowers. “ How much do you want spend”. This is where it went BAD! I feel like I totally got I got ripped off. The flowers I received was maybe a $75 arrangement and I was charged almost $200. I wanted a WOW factor and I got a basic cheap arrangement you can buy online.. The roses were wilted with browning on the edges. The picture shows pink roses but the roses we received were white. I wanted pink roses because that is my wife’s favorite color. The name of the arrangement “cotton candy” is misleading. Never heard of white cotton candy. Disappointed with quality and execution.

The flowers were so fresh and the buds were so tight as it was purchased a couple hours prior to delivery. The flower market was closed due to Covid-19 and I was so blessed to be able to find EXACT same tone of pink rose as it was in the picture on our website. During Mother's Day and Valentine's neither at my flower shop nor in any other, there is no way someone can complain about the freshness of flowers. We order flowers in advance and go to the market every single day. You mentioned that the roses were browning from outside. The utter petals of roses are called guard petals. Their job is guarding the inner petals. There are not as beautiful as the inner petals but they help flowers do not fall apart when they open. Many florists remove them but I do not. I have studied floral design and I know what to do to add to the longevity of the flowers. They also have a different texture from the inner petals and as the rose matures, it looks so natural as it is picked from the backyard. They communicated well during the delivery process, but the flowers themselves were pretty mediocre compared to the photo. The flowers looked sparse and not in the best shape which was embarrassing for me considering I got these for my mother for Mother's Day and could tell she wasn't too impressed with them. I sent this to my daughter for her birthday and when she sent me a picture of it I was surprised at how little it is. It looks like it needs to be repotted already. The pot is so small and it doesn't have the variety of succulents as the picture shows. It is not worth what I paid for it.

I stayed up all night to make the flower arrangements with the shop doors open till morning to get cold and fresh air flow inside and to ensure that the flower arrangements do not spend the night in the packed cooler. Thank God the weather was pretty cold and there wasn't even a chance that flowers received sun exposure and hot temperature during delivery. If you had called I would have definitely investigated to see what had possibly happened and would have taken action to fix what might have made the arrangement look not so good in spite of the efforts made. As a matter of fact, today I had a customer who called and ordered flowers to be delivered tomorrow for their anniversary and he said he still has the flowers from Valentine's on their table and that is why he is re-ordering to us. Although, It is 10 days passed I TRULY do not mind to send your mom another bouquet, and this is not because I fear losing business as I believe my provisions are with God and no one can stop that. It is because I care and treat my customers like my family and that is what made me stay up all night without even 5 minutes of rest. The peach rose in the picture was very new and in a couple of hours opens up and shows a darker color. The picture you see on the website has taken with a professional camera and the exposure of the light is from the top. Always love Newport Beach flora. I live abroad and order from them for any occasion. Love that they have an online ordering system now. Slightly more expensive than other flower deliveries but worth it IMO for healthy, gorgeous bouquets that last and hand delivery so they’re in pristine condition upon arrival (and already arranged in the vase).
