In Germany we have a saying: “Qualität sieht man sofort,” meaning you can recognize real quality immediately — and from the very first moment I saw their arrangements, I knew this place was something special. The flowers were so fresh, so vibrant, and arranged with such careful attention that it reminded me of the high craftsmanship you find in the finest European flower shops.

The customer service was also outstanding. Every question I had was answered with patience, precision, and real friendliness. It felt almost like speaking with a family member who truly wants you to be happy with your order. They listened carefully, suggested options, and made sure everything matched exactly what I had in mind. This kind of professionalism, mixed with genuine warmth, is not so easy to find nowadays.

Ay amigos, let me tell you from mi corazón… if you are looking for flowers in New York, there is truly no better place than New York Best Florist. I am not the kind of person who writes reviews often, but this time, ah caramba, I must do it because my experience here was maravilloso, absolutely outstanding.

From the moment I step inside, I feel like I walk into un pequeño jardín, full of color, full of life, full of alegría. The smell of the fresh flowers, madre mía, it makes you feel like springtime even in the middle of winter. And the people… ah, the people here treat you with so much cariño, like family, like they really care about what you need, not just about making a sale. They listen, they guide you, they give advice, and they make sure you leave happy, muy contento.

I asked for an arrangement for a very special person, and what they deliver to me was… how you say… a true piece of art. Each flower was perfect, fresh, vibrant with color, placed with taste and passion. Nothing cheap, nothing careless. Everything looked like crafted with love. I ordered this arrangement for my daughter's birthday. Peach roses were not in the delivery to the florist. They substituted all white roses and added more greens. It was beautiful!

The Owner was having trouble with delivery that day also. He delivered the flowers himself on his way home!

They went out of their way to please. Even on a day when things were not going well for them.

I will use them again!

Disappointing to angry at the bouquet that was received. It was only roses which were in full bloom so will not last long, and a few green leaves! There were no carnations, alstroemeria or gypsophila to make the bouquet pretty as shown in the online display, and I paid extra for the deluxe bouquet. The colours of the roses did not blend well together either. I was sadly disappointed when my daughter sent me a photo of the flowers that arrived. I had to apologise to her for the sad arrangement she received. I would certainly not recommend using you and if you are the Best New York florist the others must be really terrible. Very very disappointed. My daughter rang you to speak to someone regarding the flowers and was told I would be reimbursed for the bouquet. That was just after Thankgiving, Christmas day has come and gone and there is still no sign of money sent back to my bank! Sad that the service with you has been so disappointing!

I asked for this arrangement bcse it was a mix of plants w floral and sustainable (can be replanted at home!). The florist called to make sure this is what I wanted but note that it would be "different" from photo...
The plant arrived in a standard clay pot with a broken base with no colorful blooms or active flowering. :(
I ordered this for my hospital room to cheer it (and me) up but I was disappointed that it was just a plant assortment. Please note--the plants included were healthy, pretty, and a fun mix but the aesthetic from pot to plant was nothing like this photo. ***Perhaps add option of sharing what it will really look like and customer can add or subtract plants or pot options. Or a discount if the florist cannot match the photo.
This purchase ended up really being an overly expensive house plant...

What I ordered versus what actually showed up at my friend’s home could not be more different. Different vase, completely different flowers, and significantly less elevated. I paid more seeing that there would be orchids in the bouquet and there weren’t. The result was mostly ferns! The bouquet also arrived a day late. I called the shop numerous times on the day that they were supposed to be delivered and the phone kept ringing off the hook. Unprofessional and a poor job with the flowers... very disappointed.

I called the store twice during the day to check on delivery progress and was spoken to with extreme rudeness. The second time, when I was following up 90 minutes after being texted by delivery person that flowers would arrive in 20 minutes, your store person hung up on me. When the flowers eventually arrived they looked nothing like the picture of Citrus Kissed. Overpriced, terrible service, extremely disappointing experience. The first time I ordered from you, and very likely to be the last.

Ok we chose the Teleflora's Facets of Spring Centrepiece, deluxe version and the price was $74.95, proceeded to checkout and the price jumps to $90 and by the time tax and delivery is added this now costs $115.40. So why did the price go up $15.05 for no reason as tax and delivery were also added later. Can send you a screen shot of advertised price if you like?) I select the delivery date and click on Friday which it states is ok on your site as this was the day our daughter's baby arrived home from Hospital. Not delivered Friday, no delivery Saturday and apparently no delivery Sunday as you were "unable to source a delivery service." Now delivery is maybe Monday 4 days later. My daughter called and was told that we ordered this outside of hours so maybe you should fix your website as it stated it would be delivered Friday. So now you tell me if you received this type of service how would you rate it? Not happy at all with customer service or the price hike.

Horrible experience dealing with this florist. They called me the morning of the delivery to confirm my address (1) around 10am. The day goes by and around 4pm I realize I have not recieved my delivery so I call them to check-in; I'm told they wrote down the wrong address so I again confirm my address (2) and they say they're sending the delivery man immediately. I called them AGAIN at 6pm before they closed to see what was going on, and was told the delivery man was lost and to confirm my address (3) again; they said they would call me back after they got in touch with the delivery man. 30-minutes later, no call, so I called them again and instead of handling the problem themselves, they gave me the delivery man's phone number. I called him, he promptly asked me for my address (4) and told me the reason he was having trouble was that he was given the wrong address by the florist.....the address wasn't even close to correct.

The cherry on top of this bad review is that after I was finally able to get my flowers from the messenger, my order was wrong. I paid for yellow roses, and got yellow lilies. I was so done with those people, I didn't even bother to let them know. I will not use them again, and wouldn't recommend anyone give them their business.

I did appreciate the flowers arriving early in the afternoon vs almost at closing.
1.The person delivering ruined the surprise by calling and saying "I have flowers for you". If the courier needs to verify the address, call and ask for confirmation and say your delivering a package but don't give away the surprise!
2. I was expecting an arrangement with pinks and reds. I got something else completely different from the picture. I will try once more with you and be very specific on the arrangement but if you do not meet satisfaction, I will not order with you again.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever received. the flowers were nothing like what I ordered. This was a gift for the CEO of our company. Employees collectively put there hard earned money to buy these flowers. We payed $165 dollars for something we could have purchased off a vendor on the street. When we called to complain and have the flowers replaced there response was " the owner is not in the store" or " we will send a new one right away" if we weren’t being fed lies the person on the other end would yell at us with some nonsense stating she did not know what she was doing and would hang up the phone on us. Unfortunately, my attempt to patronize a local provider fell way short of expectations.

The photo on the left is what was delivered, the photo on the right is what was ordered. Not only that, I paid for your “upgrade” and what was delivered was certainly not an upgrade.



In addition, my order called for a morning delivery on 26 Aug 19. The delivery took place after 4:00 PM on 26 Aug 19; not the morning. Not only that, your firm attempted to make the delivery on 19 Aug when the recipient was not scheduled to be at the delivery location. Nonetheless, by not following the directions on the order for delivery on the 26th, this early attempted delivery shattered any hopes of a surprise.

In conclusion, this service was a mess from the start and in the end failed to deliver the desired product at the requested time. For your guidance, as you should know better than most, Red Roses represent love and passion while Pink Roses represent admiration or friendship. When placing the order, Red Roses were chosen for a reason.

All in all, this was a very disappointing experience.

Although the flowers I ordered to celebrate my friend's birthday ("Victorian Romance" bouquet) arrived on time on 4/26, they did not even remotely resemble the bouquet pictured here. I saw them at my friends apartment on the night of 4/26. The flowers (roses and larkspur) and fern stood straight up in an ugly tall vase, and it appeared that you took no care in arranging them.You also did not include ivy, as pictured, and as promised when I spoke with you on the phone. Therefore, what I thought would be a lovely Victorian-appearing arrangement -- not inexpensive, I might add -- turned out to be something that I could have arranged better myself (for a third of the price). Needless to say, I will not be ordering flowers from you, again, and will not recommend that anyone order from you. Indeed, I will caution them not to do so, as you seem to use your disclaimer as a license to ignore entirely the appearance of the arrangements you depict on your website.

Placed the order on Feb 14, 2019 and I called them at 3PM and they said I miss the cutoff delivery. But on there website said it will be deliver on Feb, 14, 2019. So, they said we will deliver it around 6PM. It was never delivered. Then I call them and they said they will deliver it on Feb 15, 2019. I said ok. It was never delivered. Then they called my wife on Sunday, so they can deliver it on Sunday. The wife said no, she does not want it and she does not work on Sunday and she lives in New jersey. They are walking distance to where they supposed to deliver the flowers. Never again. Please do not order flowers from, New York Best Florist.

Flowers looked nice; however, could have been fuller considering the price spent. Customer service was extremely poor and frustrating. When I connected to an employee, they did not make it clear that I was calling the florist business as they said “hi go ahead”. I was hung up on twice by two different employees as I called to check the status of my delivery. I later called back and was hurried off the telephone after I was placed on hold for a long time to hear a confusing conversation between the florist employee and a delivery worker to find out where my delivery was. As prompted, I entered special instructions to deliver as close to 10 a.m as possible the order showed up late in the day. I was told the florist was present at the recipients address; however, he was not, as the recipient received the flowers from him two hours after the supposed time.

Today is the 8th of November and I just received email that it will be delivered today.- and as far as I know it has still not been delivered. 2 days late and counting.
