Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

I happen to live about 1500 miles from my mother and I needed to get her a floral arrangement for Mother's Day. Having had dealt with the 800 floral services in the past and seeing the garbage arrangements she has received (of at all) decided to go the local route. Of course not living in the area had me at a disadvantage so I reached out to a high school chum that lives there. She recommended highly Naples Floral Design. Their website made it easy for me to order what I wanted and set the delivery date. They truly delivered in every way. My mother was ecstatic with the Thoughts of You. She sent me a picture and it was exactly as it was on the website. No bait and switch, no overly priced garbage, zero disappointment.
