Flowers came on time and looked beautiful for about 2 days. They started wilting and going downhill quickly unfortunately. Some of the roses and flowers were cut so short they didn't even reach the water and we couldn't tell until the bouquet was taken apart. None of the roses had the leaves removed from the stem which is probably part of the reason they died so quickly. Sad day.

The bouquet was delivered on time and is beautiful. However, white roses were substituted for the yellow, almost making it seem like a funeral display instead of a Kiss of the sun birthday bouquet.

Excellent customer service! I placed a last-minute order that I needed picked up within the same day. The online calendar showed that it couldn't be ready until the following Monday, so I called the boutique.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
