Nana's Flower Shop delivered a beautiful basket I ordered for a friend. It was everything I expected and more. I ordered it in afternoon through their website; it was after the same day delivery time. I left a note in the delivery notes section and asked, if possible, could it be delivered today, if not I understand. They did deliver the same day and emailed me a picture of the basket. This was the easiest and most seamless experience I have ever had with a flower shop. They text me when they were almost at the delivery location, sent me a photo of the flowers at the delivery location and then sent me a email letting me know that the flowers had been delivered. Was pleasantly surprised at how large the arraignment was. It was beautiful!! Since I was outside the delivery area I went to pick it up. Walked in and it smelled so amazing (roses and flowers). The customer service was superb. The order was confirmed immediately, and then the next day we were notified that the order was in process, and finally when the floral arrangement was delivered. The recipient (who was not at home at the time) was also notified letting her know the arrangement had been delivered. We were sent a picture of the actual flowers sitting on the recipient's porch. Delivery driver was rude. Was not patient on the phone when the recipient wasn't home. She said she couldnt leave the flowers outside due to the heat (which was not something that was communicated when the purchase was being made.). She acted irritated because she had to wait for me to see when they'd be home. She said she would take the flowers back to the flower shop, but I would have to pick them up. I wouldn't be able to pick them up before closing due to my work schedule, so I asked if she could leave them with the neighbor. She did but didnt tell me which neighbor. The people they were intended for didnt receive them. The delivery driver was such a headache to deal with. I spent over $100 on this purchase for them to never get delivered to the right people.

I have sent flowers to her every year (using other florists) and have been dissatisfied with the arrangements so I decided to give Nana’s a shot. I placed my order on a Friday for a delivery the following Monday. I have never received a snapshot of the flowers from any other florist!! They were absolutely GORGEOUS!! The picture was identical to what was on line. Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
