Unfortunately, the blue hydrangeas were white hydrangeas painted (or dyed) to look blue. They looked very fake and cheap, so we threw those out. The rest of the arrangement was beautiful, but the blue hydrangeas were important.

The roses were unfortunately not fresh. They were dry and dying. The delivery person also left in the lobby instead of bringing it to the door, when it was supposed to be an anniversary gift. I thought the note would be printed on a nice card, instead it was on printer paper with a unnecessary background and notes

although delivery was on time and flowers looked good, there were couple issues.
1. the flowers were delivered in VASE! Who the hell have decided this was a good idea to deliver in a vase? I was sure a vase on the image is for display purposes only.
2. Your printer requires replacement. All letters on the card were partially printed. And only upper left side of the my name’s first letter was printed, everything else was missing

Flowers weren't as pictured. When they arrived they had a much different arrangement with different accent plants. It looked like the florist shoved a bunch of plants in with roses and didn't really think about the color arrangement or composition. It just looked haphazard.

I ordered the premium version of the arrangement and it didn’t look nearly as nice as the standard one pictured. The choice of vase (not cylindrical) bunches up the arrangement so it looked a bit amateurish. A little disappointing.

The bouquet was beautiful. However, I specifically asked that the delivery person carry the bouquet up the stairs. Instead, they left it at the gate at the bottom of the staircase. My 94 year old mother had to unsteadily make her way down the stairs and then carry the heavy vase back up. She said the delivery driver was sitting in the car this entire time. Why ask for specific instructions for the delivery person on your website if these instructions aren't read, or simply ignored? Needless to say, this was my last time ordering from your shop.

The flowers were not on hand which is not really a surprise being a Friday and not market day for most florists. It was a last-minute purchase and not planned. I said to go ahead and make something you can similar. The flowers were not at all as shown but beautiful in the same tones and a variety of flowers. Not modern looking but more traditional. The one disappointment is the container. I had planned on using it after being birch wood and round but this was a plastic square container wrapped in wood looking paper. Glass would've been nicer if not the wood. So this lessened the value to me.

Placed an order for this calla lily plant to deliver to my sister in San Fran. Eric called to let me know it was unavailable and offered an orchid replacement for the same price even though it cost $ more. With small businesses having gone through so many pandemic challenges, I offered to pay the difference but he insisted that it was not necessary. The one thing you definitely should NOT screw up is occasions. I ordered the FTD God's Gifts Bouquet for Mother's Day and clearly the highlight of the bouquet are the lillies. If it weren't for the lillies, why would I even order them in the first place?
Firstly, there were no lillies at all. I understand that maybe you might've run out of lillies since there might've been an abundance of orders. You could've at least contacted me about them to ask what I would like to have the replaced with, especially when I gave my number. If not, at least replace them with some FRESH flowers. The flowers that were given were not fresh at all and some were wilting. Why would I pay 70USD for something like that especially on a special occasion like Mother's Day? It's completely unacceptable that you would give wilting flowers to the recipient on a special occasion when they are meant as a surprise for our loved ones.

I and my cousin ordered flowers from My Flower Shop for my dad's funeral and they were, by far, the nicest arrangements at the Funeral Mass. The arrangement and the flower colors were so much more beautiful than other places, and considerably less expensive. I know this because I also used another florist in order to have a large standing arrangement in red, white & blue flowers on account of my father being a 20-year Navy veteran. I would have purchased it from My Flower Shop if they had a patriotic arrangement. But all the flowers that came from My Flower Shop were extremely lovely.
