The flowers above are the standard size, which I ordered. I did call to verify time of delivery and they were very prompt. Florist did tell me she had to substitute the small deep purple for a lighter one, which was acceptable. Recipient sent a picture and they were beautiful and very very close to picture, only thing missing was the dog tail greenery on the left side of picture. I am pleased with the service and fullness of the design. Would definitely use them again.

I decided on "Rapunzel" based on the picture and description. When I received a picture from the recipient, I was astonished that the arrangement looked even better than the picture represented on the website. I am very pleased with the quality, style, and selection that was chosen for this arrangement and I will no doubt buy from here again. Also, I have bought flower arrangements from non-local online flower "shops" and have been disappointed in the disparity between what I thought I was paying for and what was actually received. My mom was in the hospital for a spine surgery. I was as nervous as can be, but am in the middle of finals at college. I wanted to be there so badly for her, but couldn't, so I sent her some flowers. Maria delivered my flowers only a few hours after I ordered them. She walked into the hospital, spoke with several nurses and other staff who assured her my mom would get the flowers. Maria then called me and made sure I was updated on the status of the surgery and took extra care to ensure that they reached my mother. I truly could not have asked for a better experience with a flower company. Maria was a gem, and made me much more at ease about the surgery and the fact that I couldn't be there for her. She talked me through it and assured me it would be alright. She went so far above and beyond my expectations...I still can't believe it. Thanks again!

They delivered the next day, re-made the bouquet so it would be fresh and changed the delivery to my friends work to make sure she was there. I was actually quite disappointed, k received an email to say they had been hand delivered and when i asked my sister if she liked her surprise flowers she had no idea what I was talking about: surprise ruined.
