Online ordering and delivery all good. Actual arrangement just adequate. Not as full or lively as pictured when ordered. If I could attach a picture I would. Arrangement looked sad compared to what was ordered. If Hydrangeas were not available wished they had filled with other flowers to elevate the arrangement. Arrangement looked like a supermarket cheap bouquet.

Very pleased - actually even more dramatic and impressive than picture shown! We sent as a thank you to our daughter and she shared a photo so we could actually see what was sent. And I liked the natural moss and container - reminded me of spanish moss and very low country feel yet elegant. Would definitely use this company again!

Last time I ever spend money here. Genuinely horrible experience top to bottom. Spend as much as you’d like between Standard - Deluxe - Premium… it will never be worth what you pay for; I’ve done each.

I ordered a day before of the delivery to do it between 11:30 am to 12 pm. They text me 15 minutes before the delivery telling me that the ballon machine doesn’t work and they offer me a box of chocolates! Was my girlfriend’s birthday and I like to send the flowers with the ballon! Finally they sent it a little late with a bear! Later I asked to my girlfriend to count the roses and, according to the website are 12. They sent only 10 and charge me for the flowers, bear and delivery $167! I sent them a text claiming the service and the 2 short roses and they never answer me back! I will never use them again!

My friend was going through a tough time. A kind gesture of flowers and a caring word did the trick. I'm so happy I selected My Darling Flower. It was challenging selected a florist from out of town. The photo of the designer's choice was fabulous and meet our expectations. I'd recommend and use them again. Thank you so much!

This was delivered to a friend and she loved it. Some of the flowers seen in this bouquet do not seem the same as this picture but she was very happy and that is what counts. She sent me pics ad I didn't see any lilies or eucalyptus. I assume it's the way everything is now with supply and demand.

The flowers were beautiful but the container was completely different. The container said happy graduation and was very country looking. My daughter graduated college 5 years ago so I was very embarrassed when I saw what she got. I was sending the flowers because she was promoted to a Lieutenant in the Navy.

What was delivered was not at all what is pictured. The box was different, the flowers were different. Instead of roses, there were other flowers stuck in. None of the greenery as pictured - just some rose leaves. VERY disappointed. It was not what I paid for!

If you are anywhere near Charleston, Hanahan areas, do not go to the big box stores for flowers. Support your local businesses. I ordered flowers for my mom from Savannah GA and not only did they get there on time...they were WAY more than I expected for a very fair price, low compared to big online companies. The flowers were very fresh, bright and fragrant and I asked for a little extra love and care and they exceeded expectations. Please spend your money here!!! Mother's Day is Sunday...you'd better hurry!

I will give this zero stars! Absolutely disappointing, embarrassing that this was delivered to my daughter in law. I will never ever recommend or use BloomNation or this florist!
The flowers looked like something from Trader Joe’s and 125.00 Premium included. Looks like a 20 buck bunch. Makes me angry and sad. I was completely ripped off!

I ordered online from 3 time zones away, typed in the wrong address, but this establishment took care of it before I realized my mistake 15” after placed the order. I had tried another local S.C. florist online, but the website wasn’t cooperating with my phone. So glad I ended up using My Darling Flower. Thanks!

Lovely creation sent with some color changes per request. No notice of delivery or picture of what was being sent like I have gotten from other businesses I have worked with thru Bloomnation - which is the reason for loosing 1 star.
