On Mother's Day, we can not deliver all the orders for arrangements on Sunday. We start delivering on days before the holiday due to how busy we are on these special occasions. So that's why you received the flowers one day earlier.
We never received an email from you directly, sorry. I just received the bad review, of course, I needed to call you to find out what happened with your order—it has always been my interest to resolve any issue with customers in the best possible way. I explained to you that I was out of the state and I was having issues making the refund because of some problems with the system. The refund was done the same day that I explained to them that I had issues with the system.
Sad to read this review and see that anything that I tried to do, was good to fix the problem.
