I'm a resident of Lincoln County and have owned the local retail garden center for the past 17 years. My true passion is flowers. Any and all flowers. After attending online classes I am a advanced floral designer with a unique style. I absolutely love my job and to bring joy to people doing what I love.

I'm so sorry you were not completely satisfied with your order. I would be glad to give you a partial refund. Per our conversation I decided to use my new wooden 6x6 box vase that holds water for the recipient becuase I really thought she would like it knowing her, I assumed she could reuse it many times. I also checked 3 different places for Oklahoma Rose's and was not able to get so I was able to use my Rio red Rose's I had on hand and get it done right away.
I did use 10 red Rose's, 3 sunflowers, wheat, higher end wooden box vase and babys breath so I thought my price point was spot on. I would be glad to redo a larger arrangement that's more sophisticated and can get out this week if you would like. I take pride in my work and really would like to please everyone that orders. So if there is anything that I can do just call the shop and I will get it taken care of. Thanks Mrs. B's

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
