A gorgeous flower arrangement was delivered for my daughter's birthday. I am in Texas and she is in California. I didn't know that she was going out of town for her birthday weekend, so Mother Earth not only delivered the flowers and balloon, but they picked them up and re-delivered 2 days later (I called to see if they could hold off, but the arrangement had already been delivered). They were SO extra kind to do that so the arrangement would still be fresh and beautiful for my daughter. Not many florists would be willing to do that and I appreciated it so much! They are the absolute BEST!!!

the flowers were beautiful & on time but the wok delivery person IGNORED my repeated written & verbal request to notify me by knocking on my front door to recieve delivery. i am 79 using a walker & had to crawl on my hands & knees to get the heavy vase sitting outside by entrance gate

I was very disappointed in the presentation of the flowers which was upgraded from standard. It looks nothing like the picture advertised and had weird Pine needles with the tulips. Picture attached. OMG this florist was excellent. I live way out of the area (Reno, NV); they called me and asked for preference in size, color, how the arrangement would be used. First off, a giant thank you to Mother Earth! I was called the day of delivery from another florist stating they wouldn't be able to deliver. In a panic, found Mother Earth, placed the order online and to my surprise, could do same day. I had nothing to lose. Even bigger shock, not only did they deliver same day, the arrangement was more beautiful in person. The delivery driver was very kind, maintained more than six feet distance, masked and just wanted to make sure it was the right address.
I will never use another florist...ever. In this day and age, I will support a business whole heatedly that stands by their work, gets you out of a jam that isn't even their doing and delivers on all of their word. I would give you ten stars if I could.

The reason for three stars is because when I ordered the premium version of this arrangement I specifically asked for a dark blue container (as in the picture), or a dark brown bowl. These are the two colors my friend has in her backyard. I asked you to call if you could not accommodate that request. You did not call me and you used a bright green container. I suppose I would have liked the option to change my mind. You did not afford me that option.

I had used your services the week prior to this review because of there wellness to be of such great service. I had made a mistake on my delivery and they had made arrangements to fix this mistake I had made. She live the first time I had sent them and wouldn't stop talking about how beautiful the flowers were. As I used there services for the second time, they just seem to won't to go out of there way to get your feels of expression out by using the wide variety of flowers. They were very accommodating and very helpful I'm here was the gentleman that had been helping me and was very understanding to what I was looking for and wanted to express my feelings towards another person they went far beyond what they needed to, and yes she said they were as beautiful as the first.

I wud go even further and say that the best thing would be if you could exchange it so it looks like what I chose.
