Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (615) 758-5972, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?

So far I have had the easiest experience ordering flowers to be delivered and both times, even months apart, I’ve had no issues and the flowers are absolutely gorgeous! My family and I have been long time customers for many years, though I admit I do not buy flowers very often anymore. This purchase was a last second decision for my Mother. To say I was more than unhappy with what I saw would be a huge understatement. It looked like a three year put the arrangement together. It was very sparse and looked as if it was thrown together with little or any care. While I realize not all flowers can be available at any given time, more effort should be put forth in that situation.

My daughter was born on a Good Friday and needless to say, the house was adorned with Easter Lilies. Every year on her birthday lilies are her flower of choice to brighten up the day! I paid for the most expensive tier of this bouquet and honestly it looked less full and bright that the images which say they are the basic tier. I even left notes for the florist to choose whatever flowers they felt were best so they could make a good selection of blooming flowers. Overall I am extremely disappointed. I usually don't post negative reviews but this was a $100 bouquet and it looked hurriedly put together and half the flowers weren't even blooming.

My order was changed as I received an email stating, "We are currently out of the Frangrance shown, we will substitute with Water Frangrance." Not sure if my wife will like this more or less, but it didn't seam like what I would want. Then when my wife brought these home last night, I was shocked as they looked nothing like the picture. First, they weren't real flowers as I assumed they were, tulips specifically, they were much smaller, less attractive, and not real. I searched for this listing this morning, but I can't find it on your web site today, yet I don't recall any reference to "fake flowers". 3-3-22 Moss' online ordering was pretty easy. The only improvement I can think of would be for the delivery person to take a photo of it to send to the person who made the order. To show the delivery was made, like what Amazon does. Or that it was hand delivered to a person/recipient. Other than that suggestion, I had no problems or issues and I would order here again.

It was the single worst flower order I ever placed. For $100, plus additional delivery, it had only a few flowers in the arrangement and lots of filler. It looked like it came from the grocery store, where you buy a few flowers for $12 and put them in a vase. 3 Lilly’s (2 which will die in a day or two. 2 of the three were very tiny) 2 (maybe 3 carnations, 2 roses, 2 stalks of purple flowers (one stalk missing flowers), and 2 white hydrangea type flowers with spotty green fern filler. It feels like Moss took advantage of an out-of-state buyer, when I went out of my way to connect directly with the shop to order the flowers instead of through a national website. This wasn’t even a 30 dollar arrangement.

This piece was absolutely beautiful! The pottery was heavy and plants were very healthy! Loved it. It was also nice to have plenty of room on the card, to send a lengthy message for the family (funeral). They were delighted to take it home with them.

Although the bouquet had the flowers and colors I wanted, for $100 dollars all of the other flower shops i’ve used included many more flowers and fullness in the bouquet. Extremely disappointed in the quality.

Honestly I was incredibly disappointed when I saw the flowers I purchased for my partner. I ordered them online a month ahead of time, upgraded the elaborate arrangement to premium, and wrote an incredibly sweet note to go with it. They arrived at the right time and place, so that’s good. But the arrangement was half the size of the one I chose, even before the upgrade. The colors were completely different. The vase was nowhere close to the description or photo. The design of the stems in the vase, which is part of this particular arrangement, just looked like a bunch of green stems shoved into the tiny vase. And the note I wrote had misspellings. I don’t understand how they could dare to charge me $200 for such a let down.

Moss went above and beyond to deliver my mom her flowers. I’m in Afghanistan and wanted to send my mom some thank you flowers on a day she was working from home. Ironically, the one day she normally works from home- she actually had to go into work. I called Moss and asked if they could deliver them that day and they accommodated my needs without hesitation!
