After seeing a photo, I'm disappointed. The online flowers that I thought I was ordering are much nicer than what was delivered. I did receive a call asking if it was okay to substitute some of the flowers which I consented to. Also, the roses were past their prime. Overall, I didn't get what I paid for.

The flowers were beautiful and we like them alot, but the delivery driver left them at the gate at the street and did not call from the gate, and did not attempt to deliver them to the house. We had to go out to gate after we got the email showing it was delivered to look for them. The gate is far from the house. At the time of delivery it was 90 degrees, and the delivery area was in the hot sun, and the flowers were not covered, and they had already begun wilting. I would have preferred that the driver use the call button at the gate to call us, we would have opened the gate, and then they could have brought them to the house.
Your being open on Saturday for a delivery was what I needed. The online ordering was simple and detailed. I was confident the order was going to be delivered on Saturday, this is why I chose Morrow’s Flowers.

Quick and delivery went off without a hitch!
The red roses were decent, but for the deluxe upgrade I was expecting a variety of additional flowers that would set off the roses. Instead there were several strange evergreen sprigs with small purple blooms that were hard to see and made the bouquet look like a centerpiece for a red hat society meeting. Morrow's used to be great but the quality has gone down over the last few years. Next time (and every time from now going forward) I will take my $85 and drive to Safeway for flowers.
