I was so excited to order my Mom a fall designer choice bouquet after seeing the full, creative, luscious, bouquets shared on Facebook and the website. The pictures she sent me were embarrassing. There were two roses, two chrysanthemums, maybe two stems of smaller filler lilies, and 3 stems of green filler. I understand when ordering designers choice you don’t receive the exact flowers as pictured. But the pictures showed a full bouquet, with several types of flowers of various sizes, shapes and colors, organically arranged, not 4 stems of flowers and a sparse selection of filler.

I ordered a nice boquet for a funeral and Moose Lake Florists did a great job. It was a very beautiful arrangement that they delivered.

The recipient liked it very much and the picture they sent me indeed confirmed a very nice layout.

I paid for a bit of an upgrade that included extra flowers vs the standard cost one and, by the look of the picture I saw, they definitely gave it extra flowers for an overall bigger presentation.

I am pleased with the process of ordering, the delivery, and for sure the actual flowers.

IF I had to list a complaint it would be that the card with my message was hand written and not the nicest of writting. I would have thought it was going to be printed if not written a bit cleaner. However, this does not distract from the main purchase and what I received, just a suggestion for the future hand written cards.

One never knows when you order flowers online how they are going to be. Will they be 6" tall or 20" tall? The pictures are deceiving. But, I have to say these flowers exceeded my expectation. The recipient loved them and sent me a photo and I was blown away at how beautiful they are. They also are larger than I anticipated. They also arrived with a matching handwritten note from us. Needless to say, I am sold on Moose Lake Flowers!

As I explained to you, she was not available for delivery until after 5 that day, (when I was not able to); or until after 10 the next morning, when she DID receive it. I originally ordered the pictures above arrangement florist called and said that, that arrange was already going out to my grandmothers for her birthday! The arrangement that she received was half the size of this one and in my opinion not even close to as nice.

My Mom liked the flowers very much. The only issue I have is what does “approximate” mean as far as matching the picture. I specifically picked this arrangement because it had yellow roses and I liked the bottom container, but what my Mom got was red and a different container. It would be nice to know how much liberty is taken between advertised picture and what you actually get and how different “approximate” can mean. At the end of the day Mom was happy so that’s what mattered :-).
