I was so excited to order from our local business. The boutonniere was delivered on time, and was nice looking. Although, it did not seem fresh. The pins were not strong enough to pin the boutonniere to the shirt. They snapped and the rosehead snapped off. They did not even get to use the boutonniere. I ended up running to the local grocery store where they unwrapped it replaced the rose and the babies breath free of charge and gave me new pins as I rushed down to meet the recipient as they were finishing h their photos.
I ordered these from Moorpark Flowers & Gifts. Wanted to buy local. I was pleasantly pleased when I saw these beautiful flowers I had sent to my dear friend!..

This was fine except that they were Mother's Day flowers and they were delivered a day early. Kind of weird.
eventhough the flowers delivered were beautiful. unfortunately it was not what was ordered. what was delivered was a bouquet of various flowers with no plant or succulants. also the box was green not brown as pictured. i wish i could attach a picture of what was received. =( a refund would be a nice gesture for not receiving what was promised.
I sent for my daughters birthday. The flowers were beautiful, just as pictured, and fresh in a lovely arraignment. The container was different but did not take from the overall arraignment. Thank you for the care and delivery overall on this floral decoration.

Our friends showed us what they received by video. The bouquet was exactly as described and it arrived sat the correct time. We were delighted.
For one thing, the flowers weren't delivered on the same day as promised. The recipient was home all day and didn't hear the doorbell ring. Another thing was the flowers in the bouquet didn't look anything like in the picture. So disappointing!

I have used Moorpark florist a few times. I love in the UK but a lot of my family live in the Moorpark area. It's always been easy to order & arrange delivery whether online or on the phone. Flower arrangements have surpassed my expectations & the recipient has always been very happy with their delivery. 5 stars!
What I ordered and what I got were completely different. Only ONE Sunflower, the rest was roses, lilies with a carnation and daisy. Super disappointed given prior orders were great. Felt like they threw in what was left for the day. Wish they had called if they didn’t have enough sunflowers. Ordered this bouquet because my friend dislikes roses and lilies. She must think I didn’t remember that now. Saddened.
I purchased the "Make Plans by Bloom Nation" arrangement for delivery on April 4.
Here is the description "Bright pink roses and stargazer lilies come together with purple lisianthus and greenery for this large arrangement. Styled in a natural shape, this arrangement would impress anybody."
I received my arrangement today.
Where are the stargazer lilies?
This is the very first time your shop has failed to deliver what was described on the website.
I've attached a picture of the arrangement.
It does not look like the arrangement on the website.
What happened? No stargazer lilies.
The lilies were replaced with some dark pink flowers and mums.
This substitution is not acceptable, especially when I paid for the Premium arrangement.
If the lilies were not available, you should call before substitution.
This is the second time I've ordered flowers for my daughter from Moorpark Flowers and Gifts. Both arrangements were beautiful. Delivery was as promised. I will definitely use Moorpark Flowers again.

As always, another beautiful centerpiece. Flowers are always so fresh and beautiful. Their flowers last longer than other florists I’ve used. Friends and family are always asking where they’re from, as they don’t advertise on any deliveries. They also hand write each note, which makes it more personal. Thank you.
Although it did not come in the vase as shown (one of the reasons I chose this bouquet) it is still very beautiful and classy the understated colors lend my Christmas table an ethereal quality and it’s getting lots of likes on social media.
The arrangement was nice, but I felt like the flowers were not fresh. They seemed a bit wilted and the main Gerbera daisy was missing a few petals.

Beautiful arrangement
I loved the floral bouquet but one of the main reasons I chose this arrangement was because of the ribbon and what my sister received was not even close to a vase like this and no sign of ribbon, that was a bit disappointing!

Everything went well with the process of ordering and having my flowers delivered on the correct date however, I was a little disappointed in the arrangement! It was supposed to have some succulents And some little gold accents, and it was mainly white flowers with a little bit of greenery. Although it was pretty, I really wanted some thing with a little bit of interest and didn’t get that. I know they can’t always put exactly the same things as in the pictures, but something a little closer would have been nice!

Ordered the premium Shine Bright by Bloom Nation floral arrangement with next day delivery. The website was easy to use, pricing was reasonable, arrangement looked beautiful and the recipient said they were gorgeous!
Ordered flowers for my wife for Valentines Day. I ordered January 20th to be sure they would be delivered on time. Flowers never got to the house. I will never do business with this company again.

I can’t tell you how much your flowers thrilled my mother-in-law! She loves flowers. She buys bouquets often, but she said your arrangement was the most beautiful she’d ever received. The waterfall effect with the blue hydrangeas was “breathtaking”, she said. Bravo for a job more than well done!
The pictures shows mainly different live plants. With variety of colors. The actual item delivered had a lot of filler and very little variety of color and plants. No additional flower plants just holly type with berries .
The recipient was extremely pleased with the arrangement and service provided.

All of the moss surrounding the succulents appeared brown and loosely placed in the box....some was green. I thought most was dead. I easily removed this moss and the box of succulents appeared much better to me.

The arrangement received is NOT AT ALL, the arrangement purchased and NOT AT ALL the one on the picture. I clearly ordered an arrangement with TWO DOZEN ROSES as clearly written on the website and as shown on the picture. Anne received an arrangement with 14 roses and 4 hydrangeas. Plus, the roses as were already faded. This is really dissapointing, especially when I purchased the option "superior" when selecting the arrangement. I really expect something to be done to correct this. I have a picture of the arrangement received and it clearly shows that there are only 14 roses.
Sadly we paid for flowers which weren’t delivered and you are ignoring our emails.

Sending flowers is always an uncertain experience. You’re not sure what you’ll get just by looking at a picture on a website and choosing what you want to order. I ordered flowers from Moorpark Flowers and Gifts and they sent a beautiful “Sympathy” arrangement. It was just gorgeous! It was very fresh and much larger than the online picture. I paid for the deluxe style bouquet, it came looking like two $20 grocery store bouquets put side by side in a vase. Not anything like the online photo showed.

Beautiful bouquet and excellent service! The flowers were delivered to the wrong address (my fault, I put the wrong house number), and the driver went back, picked them up, and delivered to my Mom. And he even sang happy birthday to her!
I was very disappointed with this delivery. I have purchased from you guys many times and have been extremely happy with those orders but this one was horrible. First of all this order was for my wife’s birthday so I went above and beyond this time and even asked for the premium package and the flowers that were delivered were wilted, greenery was dry dead broken off and falling out. The roses had brown leaves on them the leaves of the pedals were brown and rotted. Most times those are taken off before delivery. To be honest it was very disappointing that you felt comfortable enough to send those out to a customer. I would love to send you pictures of the order if that better helps you for future customers that you might have and can provide those if you would like. This put a very sour taste in my mouth and most likely will not purchase from you again sorry to say. I hope this feedback helps you for future business with me or others.
