I don’t order very often but every time I do order, the store calls the recipient of the flowers instead of the sender. This completely ruins the surprise. Which for me is the whole point of ordering flowers in the first place. If it’s not gonna be a surprise I can buy flowers from Walmart and put them on the table myself.

Very disappointed in this florist. I had ordered an arrangement to be delivered. Upon its delivery, I had discovered it was not up to the expectation that I had been excited to see. I decided to call and speak to someone in regards to the arrangement, and I was told verbatim "Sir, this what you get. If there is nothing else, then goodbye." I then decided to spend more money at a competitor of this florist, and I was met with compassion and a florist who went above and beyond to make that special person in my life's day. Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
