I purchased the deluxe version of this item, and the picture I received did not look at all like the picture. There were very few pine cones showing and mostly just long pine needles. I know it will not be exactly like the picture, but I was a bit disappointed for the price this year.

I ordered the flowers at 9 o’clock in the morning and they were delivered by 1 o’clock that afternoon. These flowers were for a neighbor whose wife recently passed away. I think it would do your business good to take a picture of the flowers before delivery, and email the picture to the person who made the purchase. That way the customer who purchased online can see what the final product looks like, and leave a more accurate review. Does that make sense? The delivery was perfect! Thank you.

You never know what you're going to get when you call a new florist from out of town. This florist did not disappoint! There were zero yellow flowers. I don’t believe what was prepared was worth the price. There was also a spelling mistake on the paper. I probably wouldn’t order from here again.

I'm extremely disappointed, the size of the deluxe is far below the expectations and it's been one day and numerous flowers are already wilting and dying. For the amount of money spent, this is absolutely disappointing. I ordered the premium bouquet of flowers for my moms birthday! I definitely wanted to go over the top extravagant and this was definitely not it. The photo on the website IS the premium and if I’d known that, I wouldn’t have spent $89 on it. When it was delivered I was extremely disappointed with how tiny it truly was. I also received no communication on when it would be delivered (no time Frame at all) so they showed up while we were home, called and asked if I could get it from their shop or if they could try to deliver later. I figured I’d pick it up while they were sleeping and the women told me to come any time before 4. I showed up at 11 to pick it up and the lady in the shop was incredibly rude, she had no idea who I was and I had a very hard time communicating with her. Finally we agreed to have the flowers delivered. Honestly the whole experience was sub par and I will be going to a better place next time.

I should have known better than to entrust such an important flower order for a friend's memorial to a "national" online company--which I did, at first, before I came to my senses. (It turned out to be a scam company!) That's when I reached out to Montville Florist. Absolutely excellent experience. I placed an order a week early and due to an error with their new system, they sent the flowers right away instead of on the day I requested. I sent an email just letting them know and they immediately responded with an apology and said that they would deliver an additional bouquet on the day I had originally requested.

Lynne and her team were SUPER! I ordered a custom arrangement for my Grandmother's birthday and had asked if they could put something together that was not super fragrant as my Grandmother is very sensitive to smell. Lynne was so kind and assured me they would make something beautiful that would not tickle her nose! To top it off, when they tried to deliver originally, my grandmother was not home but Lynne's team boxed and wrapped the arrangement to protect it from the cold and left it on her porch. They were very responsive via email and extremely accommodating to make this all work! I could not thank them enough! My grandmother was beyond thrilled with the flowers, it was a fabulous experience :)

I had an order set up for a Tuesday and called on Monday to see if there was anyway it could be moved to Monday and Leah was very happy to help and made it happen. I understand flowers are expensive but I thought for the price the arrangement would have been better. The roses were browning and the greens were droopy. Also choosing the pinks and purples the arrangement would have been brighter. The person they went too like them so I guess that’s all that counts. The other mother got flowers from an online florist and they were cheaper and larger. Thank you

I liked the ease of ordering online since I live in another state. However, the photo of the arrangement I bought clearly shows it in a bronze and gold colored container with a handle, which was part of the allure of the arrangement. My sister sent me a photo of the flowers she received and though the flowers are okay, the container is nothing more than a simple glass vase. If the flower arrangement will be placed in a different container, you should advise the purchaser prior to the sale.

The arrangement was beautiful but the delivery service could have been better. They did not go to the front door and ring the doorbell. The flowers were left on the driveway outside the basement door with no box to prevent the wind from blowing them over and breaking the vase. Both my parents were home when the flowers were delivered.

Just learn from my mistake, when you look online the flowers look different and the florist works from FTDs instructions so I think from now on I will call that ladies at Montville Florist and use some of their own designs.
