I could not be happier! The person I spoke to after putting in the order for my Aunts wake online was so nice. The flowers were absolutely stunning. Really turned out better than I imagined. Well done! I was looking for a personal touch to prepare an arrangement for very good friend to celebrate her birthday. When I called the shop to explain the need for a pet friendly arrangement of flowers, the designer patiently discussed the options. I’ve had such a good experiences in the past, this year was a surprise disappointment. Everything for the most part was superb however the card to accompany the chocolate heart to my granddaughter was not included. It’s seems such a small thing to us but to a 6yo it was very hurtful. She thought that G (that’s me) had forgotten her on Valentines Day. I will continue to use Montclair Flowers because of past experience and hopefully this years experience is a one-off. Chad called me from the flower shop and apologized for the error. Also hs is sending a small bubble arrangement to my granddaughter today at no charge so I’ve changed my review to 5 Great customer service

However, we did follow the recipe to what we had discussed over the phone. We had done a very nice tall vase, with the six pink roses that you requested, along with the other pastel colored flowers, which were in shades of pink, yellow and lavender which we discussed. If you would like to discuss further, feel free to reach out to my office during business hours. Again I apologize for the arrangement not being to your liking.

The woman at Montclair Flowers and Gifts was wonderful! Told me about their store and business. She was very helpful in understanding what I wanted to do. Assured me they would do it right and they did!
The flowers were gorgeous and the grandkids were so pleased. We saw them five days later, on a visit. Flowers were still beautiful and fresh.

Last week I needed flowers delivered to a friend in Montclair. After looking at the reviews I called Montclair Flowers. I spoke with the owner Chad. I explained what I was looking for and he understood me right away. I called early Thursday morning. The flowers were supposed to be delivered by Friday afternoon. At the end of the conversation I asked if there was any possibility that the flowers could be delivered that same day, even by the end of the day. Chad said he would try his best. I was shocked when I received the email that the flowers were delivered by mid afternoon the day I ordered them! Chad not only provided amazing customer service but the flowers were beautiful. I highly recommend this business!

I ordered these from the UK. The process was simple online except for the Zip code for billing (UK doesn't have them) but this was rectified by staff immediately online via messenger. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and the recipient was thrilled. I chose an arrangement in a planter for ease and they look beautiful as I received a photo.
I like the fact I got am email too, to say delivery had taken place.
I'm really glad I chose a local and independent store for my purchase.

I had ordered the designer’s choice vase arrangement for my Great Aunt’s funeral. I wanted it to represent her two favorite sports teams - Giants football and Devils hockey. The arrangement of blue, red and white flowers that we got was a true masterpiece. It was by far the most creative arrangement that I have seen. The words classic and beautiful truly describe these sports themed funeral flowers. They definitely brought smiles to our faces as we looked at them and remembered her love and passion for her teams.

The photo of the bouquet advertised versus the bouquet received is quite different. While the actual flower quality and mix of types of flowers is good, the colour combination is curious. The bouquet had white, yellow, purple, pink flowers and red roses, which didn’t really blend well together. My sister was delighted with the surprise, but I was disappointed with the vast difference from the advertised product.

I can’t say enough about the service provided by Judy and the other team members at Montclair Flowers and Gifts. I had ordered flowers online for a friend hosting a shower. The arrangement was pretty and delivery timely, but it wasn’t the flowers and vase that I had selected. I called and spoke to Judy and they went above and beyond to provide the original arrangement I had requested and delivered it that same day at no additional cost for the second arrangement. I ordered the premium version of the Dozen Mixed Wrapped Bouquet for delivery (birthday recipient) which was supposed to include a dozen mixed roses and additional blooms. Only roses and greens were in the arrangement. I was expecting additional flowers based on the added cost of the premium selection and description of item purchased.

Chad was amazingly helpful from the very start of me calling Montclair Flowers & Gifts. I was previously aggravated from another florist not delivering what I requested to calling around to florist looking for my unique request to FINALLY calling Montclair Flowers & Gifts getting Chad. I explained to Chad my situation and was hoping he’d put a smile on my face with my request to put together a sympathy plant with tulips added to the plant so that the plant would brighten up my board member face whenever she looks at the plant. Chad was patient with me and understood me as he executed my request of sending a floor plant (peace lily) with pink tulips added to the plant AND delivered on time (it was a rush request) with NO additional delivery charge. My board member called me saying how much she loves the plant and of course how different and beautiful it is(I wish I could submit the photo she sent).
