Chad Smith, the Owner of Montclair Flowers and Gifts LLC, located in Montclair, New Jersey, is a second-generation floral designer/business owner. His passion for business and customer service started at a young age. His parents, John and Gwendolyn Smith, started in the floral industry in 1972 by opening Montclair Florist Inc. Chad got into it in 1999 after working at various retail establishments throughout high school and college, and post-college. During his time, he worked alongside his father, sister, and their staff learning all about not only the floral industry but small business ownership in general, while also becoming a Certified Floral Designer in the State of New Jersey in 2000. In 2017, Chad took his talents and started his company by adding more than just flowers and gift baskets. As of today, despite the challenges of the current pandemic, Montclair Flowers and Gifts has been able to thrive and has been able to continue to service all of its customers throughout Montclair, its surrounding communities, and across the country. Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?

How do I cancel my subscription plan?

Good morning. Thank you for your review. However, we are trying to figure out what was wrong with the Designer's Choice Floral Wrapped Bouquet that you ordered to warrant the 3 out of 5 star review. We always pride ourselves in our work and we make sure that everything is 100% to our clients satisfaction. We filled the order to value, we used the freshest flowers available and we delivered the flowers to the recipient on time. So we don't understand what the problem was. We did try calling you yesterday after the review was posted to discuss, but we did not receive a response. We would like to know what was wrong with the bouquet so that we can resolve the issue, because we want all of our clients to be 100% satisfied with the items that they purchase.from us. However, we did follow the recipe to what we had discussed over the phone. We had done a very nice tall vase, with the six pink roses that you requested, along with the other pastel colored flowers, which were in shades of pink, yellow and lavender which we discussed. Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
