You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (504) 944-7001, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?

Terrible. I called over the phone to make changes to my order. I spoke with the lady Mona. She told me she would give me a call back to confirm the change in my order. She never called me back. I called her back and she had already sent my order out without making sure i was satisfied and then had the nerve to rush me off the phone and tell me she had to go. Not even “can i give you a call back?” She said “baby i gotta go”. So ghetto.

The staff worked with us to create a unique wreath to honor "The Great Chakula Chajua" who was a staple in the Theatre, School System, and who committed years to serving the community of New Orleans and Internationally. Flowers don't naturally grow either of those colors therefore the black and gold was accommodated within the filler flower being color tooled to those colors. Thus the main flower, the carnation, was white. All of the arrangements pictured on the website are specifically color graded to look most present in a space. Unfortunately, in making changes to the recipe it then can affect the arrangement visibility a bit, however the correct stem count and flowers were used and was filled to value.

First bad experience, I made two orders one delivered completely beautiful, second one I arrived at funeral & noticed the wrong color was delivered, I immediately call the florist; thinking maybe the delivery got mixed up, but no an colored error & it was too close to time of Funeral to do anything about. No, it’s not right , I should have been given a TOTAL REFUND, do to response of error same day notice & it was not my error. Customer service is a policy. So , me going back & forward to get 50% was wrong. Please set up a read over & confirm link with receipts to avoid future errors like this; families already grieving or someone special occasion is ruined. Thanks for taking me order & I must still say everyone had a pleasant attitude. My casket spread was from you also, the work & quality excellent. I was traveling from Atlanta to Houston and wanted to present some flowers to dear friend in New Orleans. She has been under the weather for quite sometime. She even wrote a book about what she calls "My New Life". So, I Googled Black Florist and found a few but Mona's was open early. The arrangement was pretty but I placed this order to be delivered Saturday 5/13. Instead it was it delivered Friday morning 5/12. This was my first time trying this florist and I am very disappointed. I would expect any florist, at a minimum to deliver on the correct date. I purposely did not choose Sunday because I assumed it would be very busy being Mother's Day. And, to make matters worse, I received two untruthful email communications confirming the flowers were delivered Saturday when I knew better and had already spoke to the recipient on Friday and received a photo of the arrangement. Beautiful arrangement. Delivered timely and the grieving family loved it. My one issue is that I selected and paid for the largest fullest arrangement, but that doesn’t appear to be what I received. Although not a large arrangement by nature or design, it had lass flowers than pictured where I would expect it to be equal or more. I personally saw the arrangement once delivered and expected a fuller arrangement for the maximum price paid. Needless to say I was a bit disappointed in the value for the money I paid, which has never been my experience with this florist. I have always received great floral funeral arrangements from them in the past. This one needed a quality check prior to delivery for sure.

It seems that being a repeat customer of Mona's means absolutely nothing; and you do not (show) appreciation to those who continue to do business with you. I've never as much as received a thank you from Mona's. My name should be in your system, spelled correctly. I understand Mona's being super busy for Mother's Day. However, I do not understand you setting a minimum purchase price in the face of a recession. New Orleans is one of the most impoverished cities in the country. The one I ordered was to have black and gold football but they called me shortly after I ordered, to let me know that only the brownish football was available. The day of the calla lilies weren't available in the color we wanted, but they called and gave me two options. I chose the orchids and honestly they were just a gorgeous an option. As I can recall, there wasn’t a single red flower in the arrangement as showed in the picture. The Container the flowers came in was not white, it was actually clear, which made a huge difference in appearance. Clear container I wouldn’t have purchased. For some reason when attempting delivery at the hospital instead of calling the recipient they called me to come pick up at hospital. Itold them well I'm in Tennessee and she said "I know". I asked if they called the recipients number and she said no I called you first. That makes no sense. Why have me provide a number for the recipient if you don't bother to look at it. Also the dog was unrecognizable as a dog....maybe you guys shouldn't have this arrangement on your site as an option.

The reason why they received 3 stars and not 5 is simply because it’s not what we discussed. I spoke to someone on the phone and I told them what I saw on the internet and what I wanted. They gave me exactly what I picked out off the internet, but we discussed adding blue accents to the arrangement. They also didn’t put the full name on the ribbon. My experience with your company was awful. Who ever you have handling your billing/receipts is just down right rude. And to be honest they really don’t care about the reputation of your business. Your staff member over talked me and then hung up in my face. I called back and she continued to be rude and refused to treat me with some decency. The plant arrangement was nice, but the service I received could have been better. The delivery date and time was changed by Mona’s and I was not notified until the day of the original scheduled date but after the requested time. I was notified via email that the status of the order was “processing.” I wish that I would have been notified earlier and by telephone. When I received the email, I attempted to call Mona’s (twice), but there was no answer. The email’s time was 5:55 and I called immediately thereafter, but they were closed. The other issue with the next day delivery is that the delivery address would have to change and I didn’t know how I’d be able to inform them of the new address in a timely fashion so that the plant would arrive in time for the funeral.
Just a few uncertainties and unanswered questions for me, the paying customer. Better communication would be helpful.

I purchased this potted Phalaenopsis for my uncles funeral in New Orleans over the phone. I live in Virginia and was unable to attend. When ordering I made sure to spell out all our names at least two times to make sure the spelling was correct. Apparently that was not enough because both mom’s and husband’s first names were spelled incorrectly. For a supposed high end florist the attention to detail in this area was extremely upsetting to our family. I was told the plant was beautiful so at least they got that right.

The flowers were okay, they looked similar to the pictures online but they were missing at least one type of flower. However the family of the deceased loved them and that’s all that matters. Now on to the poor customer service I received when I called on Monday to confirm delivery and ask questions about the particular arrangement that I had ordered. First the woman who answered the phone just said hello so I assumed that I misdialed the number, never stated her name, very rude & curt when speaking to me as if I was annoying her!!! I had to let her know that I was calling from Fla. and I had to look up some of the particulars that she was asking for. Other than the phone conversation with that individual, everything else was fine.

If the order was delivered on time, which we are not sure of, we could not identify it because there was no card. Our office ordered a particular size plant arrangement. The phone receptionist was well trained in customer service skills. She was nice, courteous, knowledgeable, listened attentively and was very helpful with suggestions on making our selection more appropriate for the occasion. Then a supply issue presented. But, we were notified less than an hour of the matter and given several viable resolutions. When arriving to pick up our arrangement, I was shown the earlier suggestions and actually choose a different one then originally selected. This locally owned establishment earned my business and has convert this 1st time customer to a loyal one.

When most businesses were closed because of the latest hurricane, I was treated with true customer service. The order was delivered as taken, in record time outside of their deliver area. My only complaint is the cost of the balloons since I bought 70 plus a special birthday balloon, there should have been a discount from the $2.25 per balloon. That said, I would order from this florist any day.

I called for an arrangement for a funeral and honestly, it seemed as if I was bothering the person who answered the phone. With each question I asked, as a customer, she seemed more agitated. When I tried to provide delivery instructions...it was a problem. When asked what flowers would be used she said “whatever I have in the cooler”...I even asked for a photo of the arrangement that I was paying for, and she told me “if she remembered” and then instructed me to visit the website or ask the recipient for a picture. Did I mention it was for a bereaved family? Why would I bother them with a pic when I could get it from the company I’m spending money at?!
Honestly, in hindsight, I should have cancelled my order in that moment, but patronizing this business was something I committed to a friend to do. I honored my commitment to support this business, but pls know, this will be my last time.

I ordered the glowing tribute spray from Mona and asked her for the premium flower which was supposed into be full. First things first it was HORRIBLE. What I ordered was not what I received. I was charged for the premium but was given the basic. Half the flowers were dead and there was a plastic bow on the front. Then she delivered it to the location and left it outside. After I seen what she sent me I called her back repeatedly and she declined ALL my calls. Mona is VERY VERY VERY unprofessional. I will NEVER go with Mona again and I suggest you all dont either. At a time like this Mona should have sympathy but all she does is take your money and send you some BS that you didnt order. My boss asked me to order flowers for a client's father's funeral in NOLA. We are based in Atlanta, and I came across Mona's online. It turned out the funeral was a private affair and the flowers were refused by the funeral home. Mona's went above and beyond to communicate the status of delivery and eventually, on their own, found out the gravesite information so the flowers could be delivered. I was out of communication with several unforeseen issues during this time, including waiting unsuccessfully for helpful information from my boss about a new delivery location, and Mona's left me detailed messages about their progress and totally went above and beyond. The owner was very rude about the situation, dodging my calls and not professional at all. She wanted to send an arrangement out for her birthday, but the surprise had already been ruined. Delivery and customer service is awful at this business especially once they have your money. Please order your floral arrangements from someone else. I have gotten flowers delivered to me before and honestly I haven’t seen better arrangements they’re beautiful. I did knock down one star because I ordered my mom a bouquet of flowers and a few of the small roses looked old with darkened dry tips. For the amount of money it costs I would think the flowers would look perfect. But display is always amazing and the vases are beautiful. Will def order again.

He didn't receive it until three days later when he went back to work. I tried to call the store and the number y'all have listed as y'all's business many times to try to let y'all know that I hadn't needed to be changed through Friday and I wasn't able to get in touch with anybody. What an EXCEPTIONAL purchase!!! Must admit, I was truly surprised by the value of my Peace Lily. This was the largest, most beautiful, and vibrant Peace Lily I have ever purchased from any florist. From the begining of my interaction with this flower shop I felt like I was a bother to Debra. I apologized to her in advance for not having any knowledge of funeral flowers, delivery times, or even what a "spray" was. So going off pictures I placed my order. I was told to order the Deluxe option. Well, I arrived at the funeral early..the flowers delivered were not as full as others. Some of the flowers were hanging....it was just not what was expected, the Standing Spray wasn't full at all. However, the flowers were pretty.

Ms. Debbie & Natalie were very nice & helpful with the process and instructing me to place an online order being I'm not even in the same state as them. They were like an hour later in getting the arrangements to her than I asked however, they do give the disclaimer that the delivery times vary so they cannot guarantee the recipient will get the order at an exact time.

The delivery person insured the restaurant received them (they weren't open yet so they had to make an effort) and they were sitting on the table when we arrived- Home run! Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
