Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

New Yorkers needed to send flowers to family member in FL. After looking at reviews for florists near family members home I decided on Misty Rose Flower Shop. So glad I did! Family member commented that the arrangement is probably one of the prettiest she’s ever seen. The arrangement was very similar to the photo of arrangement chosen (completely understand sometimes not possible to be exact) after seeing photo arrangement, it is indeed beautiful. Would recommend and would not hesitate to use this shop in the future. Thank you for making a a difficult day brighter for family member when we couldn’t be there for her.

I ordered a beautiful arrangement for Valentine’s Day and they knocked it out of the park. The flowers were beautiful and my girlfriend loved them. They were delivered on time and I couldn’t be happier. I will definitely use them again. Highly recommend them for your flower arrangement needs.
