Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (609) 261-2900, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (609) 261-2900 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

If I could give this company a 10, i would absolutely do so. The recipient wasn't home for the delivery and I was contacted as they didn't want to leave the flowers at the door in above average heat. Initially ordered from 1800 flowers for Mother’s Day about a week in advance. Long story short, they didn’t follow through on the promised delivery on the night before Mother’s Day. So had to cancel my order and then was very nervous I wouldn’t have something to send my mom. Luckily, I search missbeehaven super late on Friday and found a wonderful bouquet. It was fast from selection to finalizing order. And even better, they delivered the actual flowers on Mother’s Day. My mother was out and they delivered and even got a courtesy call about dropping it off. This just proves to the quality of this business. I’ll absolutely be using them, moving forward.

Pretty disappointed. I upgraded my order for a fuller arrangement and when my mom received it, it was small and one-sided. There were no flowers on the back side of the arrangement. Not sure what my extra money went towards because it doesn’t look anything like the picture on the website and very minimal flowers.

I live in Toronto, ON Canada . When my aunt turned 65 I searched for days to find a florist that had nice arrangements on their sites, since I’m skeptical about ordering online. When the flowers arrived at my aunts house, she absolutely loved them and sent me pictures. The arrangement was stunning and exceeded my expectations. There was also supposed to be a Happy Birthday ballon included with the flowers which I paid for that was missing. It was my wife's birthday, so obviously too late to make changes. Would appreciate an earlier notice. The delivery person said you had tried to call several times. I ordered this spray for a girlfriend and her family after losing her father and all I had was their home address. I got a call the morning it was to be delivered and they offered to change it because it was being delivered to a home and they wanted the flowers to last longer so of course I was open to that! They delivered an incredibly beautiful and huge arrangement of the same flowers and etc but instead in a 2ft tall beautiful white ceramic vase. The family loved it and even though I'm in VA, I would absolutely recommend this florist to take care of any of your floral needs. What an amazing experience! During the pandemic, I ordered the flowers online. They were for Mother’s Day from a group of us for a friend who lost her mother this past year. She was thrilled with the flowers, sending a picture. It exceeded my expectations. It was a really good experience to see that the flowers she got we’re very close to the picture on the website. I called and left a message no return call back if you did not have what I ordered you should have called me to let me know but instead you automatically charged my card and gave me a product I did not order. The florist sent a pink accented (bow and basket) plant for the sympathy of a male instead of traditional white- wth? When they delivered it, they drove over the lawn of the recipient instead of up the driveway. Kelly really like these flowers but I was a little disappointed. Though you stated that the vase shown was not available I thought it would be something nicer/better than a clear, glass vase with no particular beauty. There was no ribbon or much of anything. Three pink roses which were beautiful a fern or two and the white(?) flower. Just thought it would present a little better than just a clear glass vase which looked like a tall water glass. Do appreciate that you could do them on short notice and that they were delivered on time and intact.

Both times I have used Miss Bee Haven Florist I have been extremely happy. They are quick and provide quality. I have had them deliver both of my flowers to schools and they called me the one time to let me know the school was closed and they would be delivering it tomorrow if that was okay with me. Very pretty arrangement! Service was exceptional. The only thing I would have changed was the balloon. I requested a birthday balloon which it came with but would have preferred not to have Garfield on it. A general Happy Birthday balloon would have been better.
