Sending flowers to my son and daughter in law in Miami Shores from Virginia to celebrate the birth or their first child (my granddaughter!), I looked online for florists near them. Mille Fleurs looked good, I found an arrangement I thought would please them, and placed my order last Friday night for a Saturday delivery. My daughter in law sent me a picture of the arrangement on Saturday with a big "thank you!" and they both said for flowers were full, and fresh. I will use Mile Fleurs again, thank you for excellent service!

And customer service is above and beyond - when I have them delivered that is always something people note. It's no surprise, but this arrangement is absolutely stunning! Ordering from out of state always leaves me worried, "Will the arrangement look anything like the picture?" or "Will it be fresh?" - because no one wants to be that person- that one sends the less than perfect flowers. Appreciated the received "bloom snap" -- picture preview of the actual arrangement to be delivered which is great! Bouquet was a little bit smaller and less varied in the color of flowers than what was pictured online, but I know sometimes flowers are not available or out of season so it was still really beautiful. The flowers that were in the arrangement were nice but it was half the size of what shows in the photo. I purchased the mid range arrangement so I expected something similar to the photo for $95. If the arrangement is going to be a lot smaller than what the photo shows, you should picture it that way on the website as I would have purchased a different arrangement or shopped somewhere else.

The roses don't seem very fresh or crisp (what I was expecting). They seem old, not very appealing and like they won't last very long. Didn't look very "premium" which is what I paid for. Also, the orchids on top just looked weird, seems like an after thought.

This was my second purchase from this business. The first arrangement was very well received by the recipients so I decided to purchase a second arrangement for my parents. It’s an online purchase so based on the photo there were stargazer lilies which are my mother’s favorite so that was my purchase. The flowers arrived as requested both the first and this time. Unfortunately there were no stargazers in the arrangement. When I advised the business owner she was quick to explain she was unable to get quality lilies so she substituted them with one orchid, which was an upgrade. She gave me a significant credit on my purchase. I appreciate this business owner was quick to explain what happened and refunded a portion of my purchase in efforts to alleviate my disappointment in not getting the lilies. Everything about this experience was positive. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful, elegant and very appropriate for a memorial for our elderly uncle (all other sites I searched only offered feminine or garish options). This order was placed online from Canada for a friend in the hospital. I was called right away by the shop to let me know that she had called the hospital for a room number and was told flowers are not allowed in the ICU.
