HOLY MOLY you knocked it out of the park, and efficiently, too! My mom was THRILLED with the basket I ordered and was delivered less than 2 hours later! The bouquet that was delivered did not look like your picture. The reason I chose this one is because I liked the red vase and the pink ribbon. What I got was a clear glass vase which made it look cheap and the ribbon was stuck up in the flowers. I paid a lot of money for what I saw in your picture and was disappointed.

This is the second time I have ordered from Michelle’s. I live in another state and have friends living in CT that I have needed to send flowers to. Being a florist myself, I chose to use Michelle’s rather than use a wire service because I know you don’t get what you pay for through them, and I’d rather support a local, small business.
Both times I’ve ordered they have exceeded my expectations. Big, bountiful orders that were executed flawlessly. Ordering is super easy, and delivery is very prompt being delivered before noon the next day after placing the order. I will continue to support Michelle’s for any floral needs in the future.
My only criticism would be that I had ordered a dish garden that had yellow flowers and a yellow bow with it but white flowers and a white bow were substituted. Not sure why, as yellow is a common color and usually readily available. While I picked it because it was yellow, what was delivered was still beautiful and exceptionally well done. The recipient loved it, so, in the end that’s all that matters!

Delivery was prompt and on time and the folks were kind to call me to approve substitution of the vase color. My friend who received it was very happy. She sent me a photo of the arrangement but I cannot attach it here. (I live in another state did not personally see it). From the photo I thought it looked skimpy as I paid for the premium and some of the flowers looked a bit tired. I will order from this place again but next time may reconsider spending the extra $ for bigger arrangement.

|REVIED BECAUSE OF A DATE CHANGE. I was very dissapointed and embarrassed with the flower arrangement I purchased for Valentines day. It did not look like the picture because the picture seemed to be much fuller. Also I requested that they should be deliverd after 4 PM. They were left on the doorstep at 3 PM. No alert that they were there. In my opinion they were not worth the $80 plus that I payed for them.
I did previously purchase the large rose arrangement for my wife on 1/17/23. They were beautiful an worth the cost. I still will keep Michelle's Florals in mind in the future. REVIED BECAUSE OF A DATE CHANGE.

I ordered online at 8a for same day delivery and added a note that we needed delivery before 2:00p as co/worker was leaving early on last day. By 2:30p flowers were still not delivered and she had left. I called and it appeared they did not have answer as to what happened or apologize. Flowers had to be delivered to her home. Not a good experience for coworkers last day!

The flowers were great according to my mother but the card left off my name so she didn’t know who sent it and it said “we love you” instead of “I” which was confusing. When I put my info on the digital card i included my name and saw it on the final review before I submitted it. Afterwards I saw the card notation didn’t include my name but I figured someone would use the name of who ordered it. And then the card was incorrect anyway so until I called my mother she had no idea who sent the flowers. Which kind of stinks.

So so so disappointed in this place! I will never ever trust them with a flower order again. I placed a flower order for my mother's birthday on a Friday. To be delivered the next day on a Saturday. They offer same-day delivery, so that should not have been a problem at all. Not to mention she lives 2 miles from them. Well Saturday came and went...I guess they decided to not look at their incoming orders that day. Why do your job right? They never called me, they never emailed me, which by the way, they don't check emails if Michelle is not available. Totally unacceptable. They just ignored my $85 order and ruined my mother's birthday. Sunday came and went because they were closed. 10:30 AM by Monday still no phone call, still no email, still no flowers. I called and the lady insisted that I placed my order on Saturday, even though I have my email receipt. The email is time stamped 4:55 PM on Friday. She offered a box of chocolates. She did not offer a reason behind why my order was blatantly ignored. My mother's birthday has come and gone and was ruined....and we are offered chocolates. Totally unacceptable! And heartbreaking for my mother who has no family around (I live out west) and received NOTHING on her birthday. I asked to speak with Michelle and of course she was "not in". I expected a call from Michelle later that day to personally apologize for their failure and for ruining my mother's birthday. No phone call. Why am I not surprised.

I requested that it be delivered around 5-6 pm but it was delivered early, so my gf wasn't home yet to receive it which was not what I didn't like about, but I'd still say they did a great job

I have used Michelle's for years. Never been anything but impressed by the quality of the the fresh colorful flowers and healthy plants they have delivered for me. I wouldn't dream of using a different florist!!!

I ordered the Love & Laughter purple arrangement for my daughter in law because she had a rough few days working at the hospital when extra patients from the ER were placed on the women's health floor where she was working. She was overloaded with too many patients & had a frustrating few days where she felt put upon, frustrated, unappreciated and came home in tears. This floral arrangement was just the pick me up she needed. She said the flowers were so pretty & she could smell the roses 'a mile away.' She loved all the purple too as it is her favorite color. I will definitely do business with Michelle's florals again when I want to brighten someone's day.

Easy to navigate website, very reasonable prices. I did not see the delivered arrangement (I live in Atlanta, GA and ordered it for a wake in Vernon, CT). Friends who did see the arrangement said it was beautiful (roses and lillies). Arrived on time. Very pleased; would highly recommend!

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
