Our family has used Michaels Flowers for years. Every occasion Andie’s talent for Beautiful arrangements far exceeds expectations.
My mom passed away 3 days before Andie closed Michael’s Flowers shop! Sad news about the shop closing also I thought who are we going to trust for flowers now!! Andie let me know she is continuing her excellent talent from home. The funeral arrangements she made for my mom were absolutely beautiful! Andie mentioned my mom had told her in the past what she’d like at her service so I left the creative work to Andie. The flowers were so fresh and beautiful, I’m certain my mom loved them. Thank you so much to Andie/Michaels flowers.
Michaels is Not closed, just working from an off site location. You will not be disappointed with Michaels Flowers.

I have used Michael’s Flowers for many years and I have never been disappointed.
Yesterday, I ordered a beautiful arrangement that I saw on the website for my daughter in laws birthday and because I am out of town, I wanted something really special. Well, the response from the birthday girl was priceless! She said they were the most beautiful flowers she had ever gotten and she couldn’t stop telling me how special they were and how much they meant to her. THAT is exactly what I was hoping for!
I also learned yesterday that Andy, who worked for the company for a long time had purchased the business before COVID and even though she has gone through so much with restrictions and rules set forth from the pandemic, her passion for the art of creating beautiful memories for people really shined through in our conversation and in the arrangement she delivered!
This young lady, Andy is so Amazing and she was more than happy to accommodate my requests. She was very professional and because it has been so HOT lately, she wanted to deliver them as early as possible.
Andy, I have no doubt that your predecessor is more than proud of you because you have clearly carried the torch forward and your work ethic is truly inspiring and I thank you so much for making my daughter in law so very happy on her special day!

I will attempt to put into words the wonderful review I have for Michael's Flowers in Simi Valley. This is a business that's passionate about flowers and passionate about making a difference in people's lives. They truly understand what it means to give outstanding customer service and to give the gift of love through flowers. I needed assistance to get flowers to a dear friend and former co-worker in a matter of hours on behalf of myself and our company. The owner of Michael's literally jumped up and came in early to create a beautiful arrangement and get it over to the funeral home. The first thing my friend said when I arrived at her mom's memorial with a look of gratitude and astonishment was, "you sent flowers." I saw the arrangement as we respectfully departed to the cemetery. It was placed by the card basket and was so beautiful, I had not even realized it was the arrangement Michael's made with love for us until I saw my name and my co-workers' names, handwritten on the card. I also recognized it because Michael's had been so sweet and thoughtful to send me a picture of it earlier so I could take part in the joy of the gift we were giving. I loved it in the picture and the arrangement was even more beautiful in person. It meant the world to my friend and to me. This experience was priceless.

The ordering process was smooth, friendly and I felt the owner really listened and cared for me as a customer. She absolutely nailed it - a beautiful arrangement of purple, yellow and white flowers with just the right amount of greenery. The 89-year old recipient loved it and so did I.
The arrangement was well-worth what I paid and the delivery was perfectly timed.

No one buys me flowers! That’s what I told my husband. I always send flowers for special occasions but have rarely if ever received any. Well. I viewed the Michael’s flowers website email they sent and fell in love with this arrangement. Sweet hubby said, let’s get it for ourselves. It’s beyond beautiful. Thank you so much Michael’s Flowers. It was a last minute order and you were so helpful. And the arrangement was ready in about one hour (we live close by so we picked it up) If you live in Simi Valley, you need to call Michael’s.

Easy ordering experience for a custom bouquet for a man’s birthday. They nailed it and delivery was smooth.
The only opportunity would be to actually deliver on the text updates. The site collected my cell number and promised updates, but never got any updates.

I couldn't be happier. The personal service provided by Andrea at the time of ordering, made deciding what get a snap. When we saw what she had designed for us, we were very pleased. The flowers were fresh and vibrant and now several days later still look good as new.
Note, others called her to place an order for the same memorial service and she made all 3 arrangements beautifully individual but coordinated which made for a lovely presentation.

By all indications, the delivery arrived on time, and although I did not ever get see the arrangement, nothing stood out as being of poor quality, in terms of flowers.

I do feel that the gal who handled the phones could work on her service skills. There is no good reason to unapologetically interrupt a client, when they are speaking, and gratitude and respect toward the customer go a long way in ensuring the customer is inclined to give their business again.

All and all, they came through, but I have seen better service, from other florists. Michael’s is not terrible, but they could work on the way they come across to their clients, and show greater appreciation to their customers (a simple “thank you for your order, it’s a pleasure to take care of this for you”) especially in a day and age when many folks are ordering from online order taking systems.

There was a problem with the delivery time, which may actually have been a problem with the delivery system within the hospital. No one answered the phone when I called about the problem and no one answered the phone message I left or the email I sent.

BUT, What is unforgiveable is that not only did the arrangement not look like the webpage sample, it was UGLY. I don't know what on earth happened but a kindergartener could have done a better job. I wish I was exaggerating, but I'm not. I was embarrassed by what was sent in my name.

We are only able to deliver to the front desk. I am sorry you were disappointed with the arrangement. We strive to make everything as nice as possible. I do not know how many times it was moved around or how many hands it went through. We refunded the price of the arrangement. I am sorry that you were so frustrated not being able to reach us. The flowers were just OK, certainly not as pictured. Roses were somewhat crinkled and it looked like the tips of one of the roses had been trimmed off. There were carnations and Billy balls (?) maybe to fill in for the lack of other fullness. I think there was a piece of hydrangea somewhere but certainly not center stage as pictured. I expected what I ordered not a fair substitute.

Unfortunately this was not a great experience. I was pleased to order from a florist that was local to my family member. These flowers were for a funeral service/condolences. My cousin sent me a photo of the bouquet they rec'd, and while I expect that it wouldn't match exactly, it was quite different, the shape was very loose and unbalanced and had several kinds of flowers not shown the example photo (such as white tulips, white roses and carnations). I wrote the florist via FB messenger asking about what happened, and I have not rec'd a reply two days later. I want to give a lot of grace to businesses during COVID, but this was quite a bummer.

I'm sure all the "1-800" or Internet based flower options are just fine and heck maybe they employ the very Flower Shop I'm about to heap praise on? But still... working with your local small business is the way to go!

My family has been using Michael's Flowers for 15 plus years now. They have delivered on everything from weddings, to anniversaries, sad situations and certainly Husband "mistakes" where flowers help smooth out the issue!

That said, Andie in example but the whole Michael's Team has always been there for my greater family!

Michael's Flowers is by far my favorite florist. After much trial and error and some horrific experiences I found Michael's and it is now my go to florist for all occasions. These flowers were ordered last minute for my grandmother’s funeral. They were beautiful and arranged exactly as pictured on the website. An associate contacted me to inform me of some flower buds not yet fully blooming for the arrangement and they offered a variety of options to replace the flowers within the arrangement. The flowers were nice but I paid extra for the deluxe bouquet. There were not as many flowers as shown here, the basket was sort of white shabby-chic looking with no handle or ivy around the handle. It was"ok" but not like this picture. I honestly think when you order online, they don't expect the purchaser to see the flowers. I don't feel the flowers I saw in person were worth $100.

The arrangement is A LOT smaller and not as full as what I thought I was going to get and I purchased the deluxe size. The flowers on the website are shown as pastel pink and white Roses with White Chamelaucium (wax flower) and Pink ribbon looped through it. What actually came were dark Pink and White Roses and no wax flowers or ribbon. I wish florists actually would not have pictures on their websites because they pretty much never come close to what is shown. There is a substitution policy and you can almost bet on it the flowers you get will not ever look like the picture shown.

Dear Michael's,
I ordered the deluxe upgrade to the Beautiful in Blue arrangement for my friend's funeral. It was beautiful, with a about 5 white lilies, white roses, dark blue Iris, green Irish Bells, and some kind of sky blue flower sprays added. I did want the hydrangeas, which were confirmed in stock but were not in the arrangement.
The only thing I would have changed was that not one of the lilies was open. There were all buds. I'm sure in a few days they will open and be gorgeous. But it would have been so nice to see those lilies on display at the service.

I ordered this bouquet for my mother in laws birthday. It was beautiful! Literally a beautiful round ball of flowers. My mother in law and I both loved the little touches as well. The ribbon all curly throughout the flowers and the vase with the candles on it. I collect vases and let's just say I had my eye on this one. Haha! I highly recommend using Michaels flowers. Need even more proof I love them, I used Michaels flowers for my wedding. You won't be disappointed.

This was an incredibly refreshing experience. When the florist found out that the intended recipient was out of town when the flowers were delivered initially, they actually brought an additional bouquet for her when she returned. Great service! I ordered online for an out of state purchase and the only hiccup was the emailed receipt had a difference delivery date than was scheduled. Since it was a funeral, it was important to correct but with one phone call, I found that Michael's already figured out the problem and confirmed the correct delivery date. It was also nice to get a follow-up email that the flowers had indeed been delivered.

I ordered same day delivery flowers at 1030 in the morning and they were delivered by 400 in the afternoon. The Designers Choice bouquet was perfect. The designer selected and arranged flowers per my color/flower request.
Flowers were originally not delivered and a note was placed on the door. After calling and giving permission to leave the flowers at my door step, the driver returned and delivered the flowers.
Extremely happy with Michael's Flowers and will use them again.

I was very happy with Michael's Flowers. The flowers were delivered on Mother's Day but my mom didn't answer the door because it's hard to hear anyone knocking and the doorbell doesn't work. The flowers were left on the front porch and the delivery person called her to tell her where they were left but she doesn't answer the phone if she doesn't recognize the number. She finally answered after the same number came up a 3rd time. I really appreciate the diligence of the delivery person in letting her know about the flowers because she rarely uses the front door--she always uses the door from car port. The flowers looked very pretty too. I will use Michael's Flowers again. Thank you!

It was great working with Adam in ordering the flowers and getting the right information to him for delivery. The recipient of the flowers said they were magnificent, and that's what we hoped for. The only thing I might suggest that if the flowers weren't able to be delivered the first day that a call or email message would have been appreciated. It was only when I called to check on delivery that I found out they weren't able to be delivered but would try again that day. We did receive a confirmation for the successful delivery.
