My name is Yosvani Camacho, and my journey began in Cuba when I made the life-changing decision to move to the United States in 1998 at the age of 21. Arriving in a new country with hopes and dreams, I knew that hard work and determination were going to be my key to success. I wasted no time in striving towards my goals. I worked tirelessly, taking on not one but two jobs to support myself while also embarking on a journey to learn English. Balancing work and studies was not easy, but I was fueled by a fierce ambition to succeed. Despite the challenges and long nights, I persevered. I spent evenings attending school, eager to absorb every bit of knowledge that would help me carve a better future for myself and as time passed, my dedication paid off. in a triumphant moment, I proudly walked across the stage at Miami Dade College to receive my degree in Business Administration. The sense of accomplishment and pride that washed over me was indescribable. I had overcome obstacles, pushed through hardships, and emerged victorious. After finishing school with the knowledge in business and the experience over the years I decided to keep working and develop a business at the same time. For over three years, I poured my heart and soul into my online floral business, working tirelessly from my home-based studio. Every bloom I arranged, every bouquet I crafted, carried a piece of my passion for flowers and a love for creating beauty. I built a loyal customer base online, connecting with people near and far through the art of floral design. But deep down, I yearned for more. I dreamt of a physical space where I could bring my floral visions to life, where the fragrance of fresh flowers would envelop visitors as they walked through the door. That dream became a reality when my partner and I took a leap of faith and opened our very own store front on Coral Way St and 23rd Ave in Miami The day of our grand opening was a whirlwind of excitement and nerves. As we unlocked the doors for the first time, a wave of anticipation washed over me. Would people come? Would they love what we had to offer in person as much as they did online? To our delight, the store was soon bustling with activity. The vibrant colors of the flowers beckoned passersby, drawing them in to explore our floral wonderland. The sound of laughter and chatter filled the air, mingling with the delicate scent of roses and lilies. As the day unfolded, we were overwhelmed by the support and warmth of the community. Walk-in customers became friends, sharing stories of their favorite blooms and special occasions they wanted to celebrate with flowers. Each interaction fueled my passion even more, reminding me why I had embarked on this journey in the first place. Standing in our store, surrounded by beauty and creativity, I knew that this new chapter was just the beginning of something truly special. From the humble beginnings of an online studio to the bustling storefront on Coral Way St, every step of the journey had led me to this moment – a moment of growth, connection, and blooming possibilities. Today, as I reflect on my journey from Cuba to earning my degree in the United States, I am filled with gratitude for the opportunities that came my way and the unwavering determination that carried me through every challenge. Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.

Hi Sam, we're sorry you were unhappy with how your arrangement came out and that it did not meet your standards. However, while paler than on the website listing -as we cannot control the natural coloring on the stems- the delphiniums used in your arrangement are indeed blue. You can see in the photo you sent us that they are light blue, but that the flowers themselves have yet to bloom so they won't look like they do in shape or color like they do in the website's photo, especially at the top of the stems since they are the last ones to open.
For your own peace of mind, we just replied to your email with a photo showing stems from the same bunch we used in your arrangement that have started to open a bit so you can see that they will turn bluer as they bloom.
We humbly ask you to please reconsider your 1-star rating and review since the blue delphiniums were included and you did not really give us enough time to address and handle your concerns by emailing us at 11pm on a Sunday and leaving this review just 5 hours later at 8am on a Monday. Please also note the page you ordered the arrangement from does clearly show our substitution policy so that you are given all the information possible before choosing to place your order with us which states that "In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value."

Hi Jose, first off, we are very sorry for your loss. We sincerely apologize for this negative experience as it is not at all to the standard of our business and are sure this was frustrating for both you, and your intended recipient. We were contacted by the courier service on the day of delivery and told they were not able to get in contact with the recipient and that they did not want to just leave the arrangement at the door because it was raining at the time and the flowers could get damaged so he would redeliver after his other pending deliveries, at 6pm, and we okayed the redelivery for that time. We were not informed by the courier or the service provider about the 11pm time change, and we would not have approved a home delivery that late at night. We also apologize for the note not being attached to the arrangement, as we completely understand that the cards are an as integral part of the arrangement as the flowers themselves and are not sure how or why the notecard would have come off the arrangement. Regardless, we are sorry for your poor experience and frustrations caused by this situation and hope that should you ever decide to order from us again, we will be able to make up for it.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
