Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (636) 278-4550, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (636) 278-4550 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

I had the unique experience of being both the customer and the recipient, and everything from start to finish was seamless. The ordering process was easy, delivery was quick, and the flowers themselves were absolutely stunning—18 beautiful roses, elegantly wrapped in kraft paper with a bow. They went above and beyond for a mother's day gift. I ordered a white orchid, they called the day of my delivery stating they didn't have any white orchids in stock. I was very disappointed with this delivery. I ordered this bouquet for my mom for her birthday and Mother's Day. The bouquet did not look like the picture on the website. There were nowhere near as many flowers in the bouquet as described in the picture and I got the premium option. I specifically paid more to get the premium option to ensure that the bouquet will have lots of flowers like in the website photo. The delivery person broke a big stem of the lily and the flowers were not fresh looking. Just very disappointed!

Disappointed. Had my order scheduled to be delivered to my wife while she was at work. She worked 6am to 6pm on this past Saturday. After she left work the order was delivered. The delivery person called my wife and apologized and said the order would be deliver the next day while she was again at work, Sunday Mother’s Day. At least the order was delivered on Mother’s Day. However, my wife said some of the flowers were already wilting and dying. My online order showed an included balloon that said, “Happy Mother’s Day,” but the balloon my WIFE received from me said, “I Love You Mom.” By Monday about 80% of the flowers were dying. I have used Mexico Rd Florist in the past, not sure if I will use them again.

This arrangement was a disappointment because there was not a single flower bloomed. I specifically asked for a colorful arrangement and the woman who I placed the order with recommended the assorted colored tulips. I would have liked to have been informed that the arrangement was not in bloom, and just a dull green. I even missed seeing them during the service because of the lack of color.

These flowers were purchased for my step mother, in the event my father passed away, he asked me to order her a dozen red roses, saying that he loved her and that he would always be with her. Needless to say, my dad passed away on September 16, 2024 and I ordered the roses as he wished. The roses were more spectacular than any picture on their website. I ordered a custom bouquet for my wife for our wedding anniversary. I had never ordered a custom bouquet before as I normally opt for their preconfigured options. None of those options suited what I was hoping for, so I tried the custom. I was surprised that I wasn't presented with a pre-set fee, but instead was presented a line for how much I wanted to spend. I used their preconfigured options as a guideline and put in a dollar amount I thought would suffice. I then mentioned them in the request field what my wife's favorite flowers were and asked to build an anniversary bouquet around those flowers. I had no idea what it would look like. I had them sent to her work for the next day and they arrived nice and early. She was ecstatic when she saw them! The bouquet she got was amazing and big and just bursting with all of her favorites! I was amazed, it was a gorgeous display. Both my wife and I just couldn't be happier with it. The order process was quick and easy. It was very custom to my request and it was delivered nice and early without any issues. This was my third or fourth time using Mexico Road Florists, but this is easily my favorite item so far. For me, custom is the way to go for my future orders. When I want to send flowers locally, this is my go to spot. So good! 5 star

My wife was delighted with the flowers, but I have to admit that she was more touched with the fact that I thought of giving them to her. I talked with the owner when making my order, I had already been through a half dozen florists, when I called her. I walked in with my bridesmaid's wooden flower bouquet to get a real bouquet made. The colors I had made were maroon, light purple, light pink and cream. The bad…I had ordered two of each a few days prior to pick up. When I arrived, only half of my order was ready and I had to wait for the other corsage and boutonnière to be made. I had also requested one set to be in silver ribbon and the other in white and they were both done in silver.

The picture shows yellow and orange flowers. The arrangement was exactly as pictured in shape and size. However, the flowers were all various orange colors; lights, medium, and dark oranges. I wasn't thrilled when I seen it. It was just okay. It WAS exactly as pictured, just the flowers were all oranges. Also, when I typed the message/card online, the type set and message looked perfect. When I seen the card attached the arrangement, someone had handwritten the message and that someone did NOT have good penmanship. I was disappointed with the handwritten message. Ordered 2-dozen white roses with red-white-blue theme. The roses were very pretty, large heads, partly open and the cobalt blue vase was very pretty. I had expected a vase more like pottery but think there was a gap in the phone call with the florist that I did not want a standard glass vase. In hind site, the family didn't keep the flowers but rather let the mortuary donate all fresh cut flowers to other locals, ie: retirement homes, and the vase didn't matter to anyone but me. I've used Mexico Rd Florist (MRF) for the past year and every single time, the flowers are truly beautiful and the arrangement is lovely. I usually order the Designers Choice and let them do their thing because, well, they are good at it! I consider myself picky, especially for what flowers cost these days, and they deliver quality flowers that have always lasted my loved one a long week or better. MRF is my go to florist.

It was a dark basket and dark colored flowers, maybe one or two light colored flowers. I found out my grandmother had been admitted to the hospital (on her birthday) pretty late in the day on a Friday. I was a bit frazzled but wanted to make sure she got something delivered. The hospital gift shop is closed Friday and after calling a few grocery stores and being turned down bc of the time of day, I came across Mexico Rd florist! The picture shows 7 roses and I assume it's how the price is calculated. Although the corsage we received was beautiful... it only had 4 small roses and I was still charged full price.

I ordered a single white rose boutineer like pictured but received 2 very small roses with little greenery. If this was for a 5 year old it would have been perfect, However, my son is 6'1 with broad shoulders so it looked odd. In addition the lower rose had no stem and the wire holding it on was not tight so the rose continued to fall forward. I stopped by Dierbergs, bought a rose and they threw in some extra greenery. They allowed my mom to use there tape and supplies to create a new boutineer (single rose).

I have been pleased with every order I have gotten from Mexico Road Florist. The delivered product always looks better than the online picture. This time I ordered the Sunshine Splendor. What I received was slightly different than pictured. The yellow lilies were as pictured. There were no daisies but there was a copious number of Peruvian lilies. The orange roses were much darker than pictured they were more like a burnt orange color. However, they were the prettiest orange roses I have ever seen. When they say hand delivered, they mean it. The delivery person is always polite and friendly.

The flowers look as pictured. Very fresh and lively. The container however was round not square which wasn’t a big deal except it leaked on the table. I looked for a drain hole which a floral arrangement shouldn’t have. It was solid. The leak was coming from the seam where the bottom was glued to the sides. Now my mom has to put it in a dish which kinda detracts from its beauty. Get better containers or use a plastic sleeve on these!!

When I talked to the young lady on the phone I specifically stated no pink flowers this was for a man. I asked for blue flowers if they could not get the blue then please use red. She put me on hold to verify that she could do that. I was told they could do the blue but I wouldn’t be able to pick it up until 2. When I arrived to pick it up the arrangement it had pink flowers. I let them know it was incorrect that it was supposed to be either blue or red flowers. So she took it to the back to correct it and it came out with white flowers.

Yesterday, Tuesday December 21st, was my 36th Wedding Anniversary. I have always given my wife two dozen long stem roses to help celebrate the day. I guess with the shorter than normal time between Thanksgiving and Christmas, I did not think of ordering flowers until it hit me Saturday night (18th). And when I found out Mexico Road Florists were closed on Monday (20th), I thought I was sunk. However I called them Tuesday just as they opened at 10AM and they said they could have an arrangement ready for me that early afternoon. Boy did they ever “Save the Day”. They are amazing! I have been using them for many years and at least 5 times a year. Their arrangement are absolutely gorgeous.

I believe in good grammar and spelling as well as understanding and following instruction. I asked for a picture of the arrangement to share with my team and was told that wouldn't be an issue, but I didn't receive one before it was delivered. I also had to call the florist to correct a word in the card message to the family of the bereaved. Then I noticed my name spelled incorrectly even after I spelled it. Finally and the last straw. The person that was to receive the arrangement name is "Virginia", NOT "Virginial" and to think, I even spelled it for them. Now all of these things may seem small, but really they're not.

I was looking for a way to do something unexpected. I came across an idea of flowers. It was 6:30am on a Saturday. As I browsed local florist I came accross Mexico Road Florist. I picked a bouquet I thought fit my idea. It had all the flower types my wife liked. I ordered them at 8am and they arrived later that afternoon. Although I was not able to see the actual arrangement my experience online and the communication once delivered was pleasant. I would however would have liked to see the actual arrangement. Its tough when you pick and select an upgrade. It would be nice to see a sample of the difference. All in all a good experience.

The delivery person left the flowers outside of the apartment without even knocking, the flowers did not have the recipient's name on them they had my name, and a few of the roses are already dying after only being here two days when I paid for the premium flowers
