The actual arrangement doesn’t look anything like the picture I selected. The name of it is blue and white and I picked that arrangement because it looked like nurse colors for a new nurse starting her career. Big yellow flowers were used instead which ruined the look. Very disappointed that you didn’t stay true to the picture and did not contact me for permission to deviate from the picture.

They tried very hard to deliver the flowers even when the recipient didn’t answer, they called me and I think I talked with Christina? But they were SUPER friendly and thoughtful and professional and I felt great about everything. They were delivered perfectly and I’m very happy!

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
