Tulips are not in season, so we called the store where we received the order from and asked them to call the buyer to let them know if sending other flowers will work. I am sorry you felt this way, we do not think is fair to rate us one star. Tulips are never in season during the summer, plus we did not hear back from the third-party store. Please feel free to always contact the store directly for any questions or concerns before posting a review. We appreciate your feedback.

Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
