Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (978) 685-4068, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (978) 685-4068 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

Although the arrangement was beautiful and would have been suffice should I had that option. There were no blues, this was off set with the blue ribbon but no blue flowers of any kind was on the arrangement. Nice arrangement, but that was not what I saw on their website or purchased and so I'm a little disappointed about that. The only reason I'm not asking for partial refund, because the arrangement was done beautifully. My advice, don't falsely advertise something you can't provide. I think people would still place orders at this place because the have nice flowers and arrangements. It was disappointing when I went to the funeral home to pay my respects and saw the arrangement and other flowers were missing from it based on the picture/description on their website....

A last minute online order for a Wake and Funeral and Mendez Florist was able to accommodate. They did an excellent job with the Standing Spray arrangement and I received nothing but compliments on the flowers from family and friends.
The most appreciated part about my experience is that this was my first time purchasing from Mendez Florist, making the order online and it was completed above satisfactory.

I ordered this arrangement for our front lobby / reception area. Several of the flowers were wilting, browning, and or shriveled up. I sent photos to the florist the next day. First thing the following morning, someone contacted me to apologize & informed me that it could have been the high temperatures affecting the flowers. They sent a new bouquet within hours. The second bouquet was as expected. It was similar, but with fresh white lilies, & vibrant flowers. I appreciated the quality customer service and would certainly do business with them again.

This order was made from out of the area - its always a little but daunting when you are not there to see everything happen. You have to put a lot of trust in the vendor. This was a funeral arrangement, and so it would have been easy to get lost in the shuffle of flowers coming into the venue. In this case, the trust was very well placed. The communication was great, I knew exactly when it was delivered. I was told that it was a beautiful arrangement, and the card was written exactly as requested. Thank you!

She called him back and I said she would come to him come
But When she went out in her hallway he was already wandering around looking for the place.
So maybe leaving a message when calling saying who you are and what you’re calling about?

The flowers were delivered on time. Some of the fan all rose’s were dead. Disappointed that on such a special occasion my wife receives flowers that look like they came from the cemetery. I expected better quality from a flower shop. Won’t be ordering from Mendez florist again, all the have is one job quality flowers for special occasion. And they can do that well, they shouldn't be in the business of doing something they are not good at.

Highly disappointed. There was sooo much baby’s breath I just don’t understand. The vase I received is not the one that I picked online. I wanted the silver vase. I picked it for that reason I got a cheap glass vase. I was very unimpressed for 155$ I will not be ordering from this place again. The flowers were gorgeous but they are roses that is expected.
