Delivery arrived late (despite specific instructions being provided), after the visitation and funeral service which is hugely disappointing. The flowers were delivered right before departure to the cemetery. The family didn’t even have a chance to enjoy them.

I picked the Blissful Blue bouquet and they didn’t have the certain flowers but they were able to put together more wildflowers, which we actually preferred! Ordered from media florist never having done so before, it was late morning and I needed a special arrangement delivered that afternoon. The arrangement of peonies was the most beautiful I have ever seen, it was above and beyond what I was expecting. Colors quality and size were perfectly matched. While the roses in the arrangement were beautiful, they were haphazardly arranged along with greens that looked like they were just thrown in the vase. My husband was very unhappy- they were for our daughter- so I ended up rearranging them myself. I am not happy and would appreciate a partial refund. The arrangement was delivered on time and was very similar to the picture - lovely colors, however, the flowers were dried up and only 24 hrs after being delivered to the funeral home! The other arrangements were fresh. Why did ours look a week old?!?!

I have used Media florist a few times previously after the florist I had been using for many years closed down, but I think I will look for another option in the future. I received a call later in the day and was told It would not be delivered till Monday, at which point I canceled the order as it would not be relevant after Friday.
