ABOUT THE OWNER
Martin Van Til

Martin Van Til: Martin has been serving the Gaylord area since 1980. In 2005 Martin received the highest accreditation in the floral industry, AIFD: American Institute of Floral Designers, which is an international accreditation with only 3 florists in Northern Michigan. This accreditation required extensive testing in Seattle, WA. He was inducted the following year in Washington D.C. As a result, he has participated in many design events, such as a five-year stint on the Meadow Brook Christmas decor team at the Historic Dodge mansion in Rochester Hills, Michigan, and as 5 seasons of woodland displays for Nature’s creative edge in Fruitport, Michigan. His creations were featured in Flora magazine. As an AIFD designer, Martin has been a design judge for student and professional design competitions.

I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday and she never received them. I received an email saying they were delivered. I tried e- mailing and calling... no response and they will not answer the phone. This might be the worst customer service I that I have ever experienced.

I noticed your name on-line. I called the people receiving the flowers from our church. They texted me back with the name and phone # of your store. The picture is pretty, but I didn't see them, so I hope they turned out nice.

If I could select zero stars I would. The flowers were not delivered and no one has answered the phone at the shop in two days. I certainly hope everything is okay. If it is, they definitely have some explaining to do.

A huge ice storm hit after I placed an order for flowers. They kept me updated throughout the entire process on when the flowers could be delivered. Very professional and the arrangement is beautiful. I would recommend them to everyone! I wish they had more locations near me!

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
