I tried to apologize and explain the problem and offered a free upgrade. This customer asked that we still send a bouquet this week. She changed her mind. I spent the day in the ER with my terminally ill son, no forgiveness from my customer. I understand and am very sorry to have let you down.

I am very happy you liked the arrangement, and so sorry you were unhappy with our delivery service. I copied and pasted your specific instructions to a separate note and attached it to the order. The driver did follow the instructions. He went to the gate but there was not a call box, only a card reader. He called the number on the instructions if there was a problem and got a voice mailbox. At that point, a driver has the option to return it to the shop, but he took the extra step to find the main office. The good folks there said they knew the recipient, would take good care of it and get it to her. That was 2:36 pm. I believe the driver did the best he could to get the order delivered for you. Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
