Per our phone call the day before, I explained the peonies were unavailable due to the storm via Valentine’s Day. Therefore, we were offering a premium and comparable flower which were the David Austen Garden Roses. Same pricing as a peony. We added additional blooms to your bouquet and always with a note! Otherwise it can’t be delivered as the address is on the outside of the note card. Please let me know if you have any more questions!

When a “designers choice” is selected, we let the designer take over and create a beautiful statement piece. Of course, we always try our best to accommodate and include any requests of colors or particular blooms. Which for your order included the 18 Red Roses as requested. Per our phone call, I would have loved to discuss further but you wouldn’t let me speak and rudely hung up the phone.

Hi Katie, My apologies for the delay in delivery due to our studio being closed on Monday. We delivered the order as soon as we could and upgraded this order using premium Playa Blanca and Candlelight Roses in a white Seneca glass vase. This has been one of the busiest seasons for florists with shortages in supplies, products, and help! Often times, we have to make substitutions. Hopefully you can understand we are all trying our best!

|The arrangement and service I paid for cost me nearly $200. The arrangement and service I received wasn’t up to par with that price range at all. I will certainly not be using this florist again.

We appreciate you for taking the time to write us a review, although we wish you would contact us directly if there was an issue on delivery time for us to rectify any problems. As you can imagine, Valentine's Day is our busiest time and due to high volume, we can't promise any set delivery times but will do our best. Our driver alerted us this delivery needed to be left with the security desk as he wasn't allowed into the elevators. The desk concierge called the recipient's office and ensure us he would send it up. We deeply apologize for any misunderstanding. Peonies are pricey this time of year as they travel from Holland and have small blossoms due to Mother Nature. They just aren't season, we were luckily to secure a couple bunches for Vday. Again, we appreciate your feedback.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
