This bouquet was beyond disappointing. I had it sent to my mom for Feb 14th with deluxe option so it’s more flowers and higher price, and it looked like a cheap $20 basket with whatever flowers they had left to use. 4 roses and few carnations.

Hi,
I did order the Purple Passion Tulips as they were a favorite for Heidi but they were rose in color. She was happy so all is well but I think it would have been better
to ask about a substitute before sending.

It was my understanding that my daughter would receive white roses as what was on the photo, but I was informed that Designer's Does not mean I would get the one on the photo. What I get worth half of what I paid for! In the picture there’s a good amount of Lilys but in real there was only 3 or 4! In the picture it looks full & dense but what I received was the opposite, so much lighter, sparse & VERY much less flower in compare to the picture.

Horrible chocolate strawberries delivery. DIDNT INCLUDE THE NOTE! Did not hand deliver, did not attempt to call number given. Left strawberries on the front stoop!!! Person receiving had to pick them up off the floor with no note to understand why they received them. This is what I get for supporting small biz in SF? The whole reason I made this gesture went down the drain.

The person who received this arrangement said the arrangement itself was lovely. She questioned the lavender color of the roses - she thought they had been somehow dyed (I assumed the roses would be a natural color), and she requested (for future) a little card with care instructions.

The order was delivered on expected date. I was quite shock to find out that the flower shop was a 40 min drive to the delivery destination, but they still delivered it. I loved the choices of flowers and they all looked wonderful. The person I sent this to really loved the strawberries and was really happy. However, the picture does not look entirely exactly like what the person received. On the website there are choices to upgrade the flowers by adding more, but we can’t see the difference. I suggest providing more pictures of how much more will be added. Overall, I was satisfied with convenience of buying on the website because I’m not at California nor United States. I was happy to find this great flower shop and will be buying more in the future for my mom’s birthday. Thank you and keep up the good work! P.S. it would be great if the workers give a follow up email to confirm all information.

I ordered the Sweet & Subtle arrangement for same day delivery. The roses were beautiful! And they were delivered as promised. My only suggestion would be to include a stem or two of baby's breath or something similar, as shown in the sample picture - it would have iced the arrangement. I would order from Marina Floral again.

My daughter did not receive her arrangement. I left a message and didn't receive a return phone call. Tried again today and it went to voice mail again. I will expect a refund when I'm able to talk to a live person. If she missed the delivery I would expect it to be delivered to a neighbor. Not sure of the policy.

Timing was perfect, flowers pretty my only disappointment was the vase, instead purple it was just a clear vase, although same shape as in the picture steal some of the beauty Ian presented in the website picture, that was what caught my attention, anyhow it was good service.

I think what I ordered look very different from what I got. the Ribbon in the picture looks so nice but the one it was delivered was so smell and poorly made. And I ordered it here mostly because it says delivery same day if you do it before certain schedule and it got delivered next day and almost at the end of the say. The positive thing I would say is that they reply back to my email in a proper time. thank you anyways

My daughter sent me a photo of her bouquet and it was NOT like the bouquet I had chosen. The flowers could have been Gerbera daisies, the greenery was a very common and uninteresting plamt, not worth the money and I will not be using this florist again.
