Beautiful arrangement as always and care in the delivery of the flowers. The first attempt no one was home and they offered to go back and deliver them to ensure my sister received her flowers. Fantastic service and flowers!

The flowers were delivered to the wrong address. I tried to call the customer service number today but no one answered, nor was there a VM option. Somehow the wrong recipient (same address but in Daly City, not SF where intended) reached out to my friend and she is now driving all the way to Daly City to pick up her flowers 2 days after the intended delivery date, her birthday.

The order was delivered on expected date. I was quite shock to find out that the flower shop was a 40 min drive to the delivery destination, but they still delivered it. I loved the choices of flowers and they all looked wonderful. The person I sent this to really loved the strawberries and was really happy. However, the picture does not look entirely exactly like what the person received. On the website there are choices to upgrade the flowers by adding more, but we can’t see the difference. I suggest providing more pictures of how much more will be added. Overall, I was satisfied with convenience of buying on the website because I’m not at California nor United States. I was happy to find this great flower shop and will be buying more in the future for my mom’s birthday. Thank you and keep up the good work! P.S. it would be great if the workers give a follow up email to confirm all information.

I ordered the Sweet & Subtle arrangement for same day delivery. The roses were beautiful! And they were delivered as promised. My only suggestion would be to include a stem or two of baby's breath or something similar, as shown in the sample picture - it would have iced the arrangement. I would order from Marina Floral again.

I think what I ordered look very different from what I got. the Ribbon in the picture looks so nice but the one it was delivered was so smell and poorly made. And I ordered it here mostly because it says delivery same day if you do it before certain schedule and it got delivered next day and almost at the end of the say. Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.

Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.

To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
