When I received a picture of the delivery - along with a thank you note ...I was extremely disappointed to 1) see a "Season's Greeting" sign in the basket and 2) no flowering plants but rather some live flowers which of course will have to be discarded at some point.
It is hard enough to have to deal with a death at Christmas time and then to receive a planter pronouncing "Season Greetings"....this florist did just that!
And the cost was outrageous!!

The follow up e-mails and confirmations were very much appreciated. Since it was the last minute, I called for a verbal confirmation of same day delivery and you returned my call right away to satisfy my concerns. (thank you for that).
The delivery was perfect and the additional confirmation of that was the best. Shortly after, I received a thank you and pictures from the recipient. The pictures of the flowers were absolutely beautiful and very much exceeded my expectations.
As a side note, our Aunt Mary is a World War II Veteran that served in the Marines, and it was her 104th birthday today, pretty incredible I think. So you got to be a part of that!

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
