bad news they arrived a day late..this is not what I asked for when I sent the order to you many days eariler.
For the expensive cost of these ....I would expect them to be delivered on time AND notify the send that there is a delay

The vase was a perfect height for the kitchen table.

|This time out however they delivered the flowers a full week prior to the specified delivery date. When I raised the issue they dispatched someone to take the floral arrangement (which was already on the desk) back.
They are saying that they will re-deliver the flowers on the actual birthday and I have no reason to doubt they'll do so. Just a bummer because the surprise was ruined.
Again though I have used them twice before on on those two instances there was not an issue with delivering on the wrong date. So I'm assuming this is just a rare anomaly.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
