Malibu Garden Florist
Garden Florist is a local florist specializing in unique, custom designed, fresh flower arrangements for all occasions with outstanding customer service. We serve the communities of Malibu, Westlake Village, Thousand Oaks, Simi Valley, Moorpark, Camarillo, Calabasas and Agoura Hills. We are located in Westlake Village, near the Four Seasons Westlake Village and the Westlake Village Inn. We are preferred vendors at Mastro's Ocean Club Malibu, Mastro's Thousand Oaks, The Lodge at Malibou Lakes, The Westlake Village Inn, Pepperdine University and Walnut Grove in Moorpark. We do corporate events, private events and weddings of all sizes. The owner, Chantal, has been a florist since 1993 and believes flowers are a form of communication and need to express what you want to say.

Chantal Dodson
Chantal has been a flower shop owner as well as a designer for 30+ years. It is her and her staffs passion. Her philosophy is that flowers are a form of communication and need to express what the client is trying to stay to the recipient. Her first shop was in Hollywood. She owned My Secret Garden for 10 years and now owns a flower shop that serves Thousand Oaks & Westlake Village, the Calabasas area, all of Malibu, and the Valley. as well as all other cities of Ventura County. We look forward to expressing your words with our flowers

Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (310) 894-6721, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (310) 894-6721 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

You’ve been a very reliable florist and I’ve been happy with the quality and the visual match in the past. This time, I was a bit taken back by the difference in what was orderd vs what was delivered.
From the photo I was sent, it didn’t have the depth of color or the selection of flowers that are shown in the photo and many of the flowers are already were in full bloom upon delivery.

The online ordering system needs to have a delivery time option, once I called the florist to inquire as to the arrival, I was told 2pm, which is much later than I would have wanted. 2pm rolls around and my boss calls asking where the flowers are, I call again, they would not be arriving until 3:45pm due to traffic issues. I would not have chosen this florist if I was aware of the time restrictions. The florists should have contacted me with a heads up in regards to the major delay.
